We had a good stay at suite room, we were slightly upset seeing a huge group were check-in during our check in time, but Ms.Aabida managed our check-in faster, smoother and assured services on time.
I thank her.
We were offered our dinner buffet at check in, but due to the large group and their specific menu it was changed our dinner to the chinese restaurant instead of buffet a limited set menu, which was really become uncomfortable, as few don’t prefer Chinese food ingredients, though they mentioned u can order from other Indian restaurant, all together it’s become discomfort, but it’s alright.
The spread was amazing with a lot of variety and good choices. the live counter and service was really good.
The check in process took a lot of time and waiting.

The thing i didn't like is, Everytime you take any service like I ordered One beer at swimming pool area, the staff asked me to clear the bill there only & they don't have a policy of punching the bill to your room so that you can clear all pending bills at the time of check out. Thats the weird thing i saw.

I had a wonderful experience at InterContinental Jaipur. The hotel offers a beautiful ambiance, excellent hospitality, and a premium atmosphere. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout the event.
I would especially like to appreciate the Aditya, Akshay, Vignesh and Ajay . They were hardworking, polite, and always ready to help.
Overall, InterContinental Jaipur provides excellent service and creates a memorable experience for its guests.

Had an amazing experience! The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely polite, attentive, and quick.
A special mention to Vignesh for creating the very unique and delicious Peach Fuzz cocktail — definitely something I’d recommend trying! 🍑🍸
Also, Ajay and Neel provided exceptionally polite and fast service throughout our visit. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail really made the experience even better.

Chef Shyam happily accommodated my dietary preferences (vegan) at dinner at the restaurant - very delicious food. Also, a comfortable, clean, and safe hotel. Good place to have as your home when travelling in Jaipur.
