Pros:

Funcionários super atenciosos. Especial agradecimento para o recepcionista, que nos deu ótimas dicas de restaurantes e é super atencioso e preocupado com os hóspedes. Limpeza ótima também. Camas confortáveis e quarto espaçoso.

Cons:

O aquecedor praticamente não funciona. Quarto frio, precisei dormir com vários casacos. Coloquei o aquecedor no nível 5, e mesmo assim não aquecia. Parece que o proprietário do hotel está querendo economizar com o aquecedor…quer lucrar o máximo gastando o mínimo com os hóspedes. Absurdo que em pleno inverno o aquecedor não funcione direito.

Pros:

Very safe gated property in a perfect location just a block from town. But still quiet and serene at night. Lovely area and very cozy and comfortable room. My room had its own router and WiFi connection, which was awesome. I had better WiFi here than I did in Santiago.
Breakfast was great with fresh made eggs to order each morning. Staff was so warm and helpful and deep cleaned the rooms daily. Linens were freshly washed and dried in the sun, which added to the experience of being close to nature while still being cared for very well. The best of both worlds!

Cons:

For a remote desert hotel, especially one so affordable, you cannot find a more comfortable or clean stay. Expect accommodations everywhere in San Pedro to be congruent with the locale. This is not a big city, so as long as your expectations are aligned with reality, you will adore this place.

Pros:

Nossa temporada no Quechua foi perfeita. Definitivamente um lugar pra voltar. A cama super confortável, quarto com um ótimo espaço. Chuveiro bom e com água quente. Mesmo quando tivemos problema com a água, falamos com a recepção e na mesma hora consertaram. Possuem o café da manhã antecipado para quando você faz passeio muito cedo. Além do buffet de café da manhã normal ser impecável. A Maria da recepção uma grande querida, simpática e muito atenciosa.

Cons:

Fomos no final do outono, faltando apenas alguns dias para o inverno. Sendo assim, dias amenos e manhãs e noites muito frias. Mesmo assim a calefação não estava funcionando. Tinham cobertores extremamente grossos e quentes, mas com calefação o ambiente fica obviamente mais confortável.

Mesmo com esse ponto negativo a estadia valeu muito a pena. Estavam em obras, então acredito que no futuro ficará bem melhor!

La migliore soluzione per San Pedro
Pros:

Struttura bellissima con casette fatte principalmente in legno. Dopo giorni nel Salar de Uyuni è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa trovare una camera così grande, curata e con il riscaldamento a muro. I letti erano comodissimi e molto grandi. Bagno con bella doccia.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile per ogni bisogno. Ci hanno anche preparato una colazione al sacco perché avevamo il volo molto presto al mattino.

Ideal for a night before salt flats

La ubicación del hotel es bien céntrica, salí a cenar en la noche a pie y en menos de 10min ya estaba en el centro de San Pedro.

Fantastic place to base yourself in San Pedro de Atacama. I'd defintely stay there again.
Pros:

The room was really good, very spacious with a good shower. The staff were amazing, very helpful and let us leave our bags for a few days. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The location of the hotel is very close (3min walk) to the restaurants, bars and travel providers on Calle Caracoles. As a bonus, the hotel has a couple of friendly cats!
