No reservation for you!!
Pros:

The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk employee who checked us in said he would make a reservation at a local restaurant. When we arrived at the restaurant, the reservation was not made and it was very embarrassing. We ended up finding a different place to eat, but it was very disappointing.

Emplacement fabuleux entre la basilique et la place du Capitole. L'équipe est aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Déco très sympa. Hôtel à taille humaine. On s'y sent presque comme chez soi.

Pros:

Great location with terrific access to everthing you want to see in the old town. The staff, particularly Estelle, were terrific. She went above and beyond to help us with getting access to medicos.

La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite à côté de Saint Sernin. L’établissement lui-même a du charme. la rue est calme et près du du Centre

Je connaissais déjà cet hôtel. J’avais beaucoup aimé. Je suis déçu car je trouve qu’il est mal entretenu. peinture rayée. Carrelage sale . Accueil, gentil, mais pas la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles. Autrefois, il y avait un restaurant, une terrasse. tout cela n’existe plus. Et on sent qu’il manque du personnel. Je suis triste de dire que l’hôtel n’est plus à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles. il devrait être remis à neuf et avoir plus de personnel.

La petite attention pour notre chien : les gamelles et une petite friandise

Cons:

Le fait de devoir payer un supplément pour un lit bébé... aucun hôtel ne nous avait jamais fait payé, j'ai trouvé ça vraiment dommage.
