Комфортно, приятная атмосфера, дружелюбный персонал, чистота, хороший завтрак.
Pros:

Отличное расположение в тихом спокойном квартале. В пешей доступности (5-7 минут без крутых подъемов) хорошая транспортная развязка: метро, автобусы, метробус - удобно добраться в любой район города (если построить маршрут в google) .
Номер очень чистый, по размеру небольшой, но комфортный и уютный. Есть все, что необходимо. Обслуживание на высоте: уборка номера каждый день, питьевая вода в бутылках, чай, кофе. Кровать удобная. Наличие халатов и тапочек было приятно.
Завтрак свежий и вкусный. Завтрак (шведский стол) подается с 8 до 10 (для кого-то это важно).
Хороший стабильный Wi-Fi.
Приятный в общении персонал отеля, готовый помочь по любому вопросу.

Cons:

некоторые моменты по ремонту, но это мелочи. Добавить невысокие мягкие подушки.
