For the money it was really not worth it. Friendly reception lady in the morning.
We paid £180 for one night and we were positioned above the large bins (which were emptied very early waking us up). Very basic and old fashioned food facilities and waits due to staff shortages. Room was very basic and small and extremely different from any advertised.
Très beau site. Bon restaurant. Chambre petite mais propre. Réceptionniste charmant. Bon rapport qualité prix.
In a quiet countryside, lovely grounds and dogs welcome. We had booked with dinner and breakfast. Taster meal dinner was excellent and well worth it, thank you
Room is a little on the small side but very clean and comfortable bed
When we arrive the receptionist was not very welcoming, in fact the most grumpy receptionist I have ever encountered. If it wasn’t for the rest of the staff that were extremely friendly I would have given you a bad review
Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. Cooked to your requirement.
The Internet wasn't very good in the bedroom.
Staff were all excellent. Good location. Also had afternoon tea which was lovely
Followed directions to car at back of hotel, steps down to hotel mossy and slippy however did move the car and Managed to park in front of reception which was then fine
Staff very friendly.
Shower pressure was poor.
Everything including the beautiful interiors.
Nothing.
The views are outstanding for this hotel but for us the staff especially Adam made our stay the best, every staff went above and beyond and couldn't do enough for us
I know they cant change much about it because of the age of the building but the shower in room 3, wasn't good at all, and the WiFi is terrible
The staff were very helpful and offered great service despite the power outage the first night. The hotel is very nice and the restaurant is good.
Just a word of caution: to get to the boat jetty you have to cross a very busy street.
Everything was fine
The staff were extremely professional. We arrived to a power cut that lasted hours and the staff remained calm and kept us informed throughout. They were friendly and very accommodating and made our stay extra comfortable. The special taster menu and the grill meal and breakfasts we had were all amazing! We would highly recommend the food.
Nothing
Lake 400 yds away except other side of main road and severe slope
Power loss on arrival - unable to do anything no backup
Good breakfast. Friendly staff
Bathroom & shower a bit cramped. Dinner menu disappointing
