Nice hotel on the outskirts of Victoria - it was in a good location for us because we drove, but it would not be suitable for someone looking to stay in the city centre and explore it on foot. The beds were comfortable and the shower was also of decent quality. Really good breakfast (and endless coffee!) included in the price of the room. We can't really comment on much else because we just spent one night here before moving on to Tofino, but it was a good stay.
The elevator is very slow, so it is better to take the stairs if you are in a rush. There was broken glass in the parking lot when we arrived, but it was removed fairly quickly after we alerted the front desk about it.
Location for breakfast was a little hard to find, but it was great when I got there. We were able to park close to our room and everything was convenient. The hotel is a little hard to find in general, but that may have been long-drive itis! Staff seemed surprised that we wanted to stay-a little disorganized. But room was great, breakfast was great.

The bathroom had a very musty smell right from the start, even before using it. The bath linen and curtain also smelt bad.cant call the property 4 star

Ontbijt is gemaakt volgens Amerikaanse standaard. Als je in Europa een 4 sterren hotel hebt bevat het ontbijt meer soorten brood en broodbeleg. Dit was grotendeels vette hap…. En de keuze was zeer beperkt.

Brand new Clean and cozy rooms
Breakfast options could have been better, the dining space was small compared to the number of guests dining in that area. Could include cut fruits and sausage in the breakfast option. Overall it was a decent breakfast.
The bathroom floor was not clean, had a lot of hair on the floor, it felt like it needs a vacuum definitely. The furnitures had dust accumulated on the surface. The room size was good, For some reason the duvet on the beds did not have covers, probably that's the style followed here.
Breakfast was good and the view was awesome. Staff was friendly.
I asked a cake to be arranged as it was my wife's birthday. I was promised that they CAN arrange this for me at no extra cost.
When I arrived there, staff said they can not arrange this for us as it was a limited service hotel. That's not good at all. I'd you make a promise keep it.
Location was great. The front desk staff were all very helpful, friendly & attentive
Housekeeping showed up at 10 AM when I answered the door. I told him just give me five minutes to put my computer and my paperwork away and I’d get out of the room. He rolled his eyes at me.
When I came back to the room, all he did was pull the comforter up the bed was very sloppy. I left garbage at the front door in a bag that I prepared so he didn’t have to empty any of the garbage bins but didn’t take it and it was garbage.
Unfortunately, after I left the hotel, I realized I left a garment in the wardrobe.
When I checked in with the hotel about leaving it behind, they told me nothing had been turned in, but probably what happened was didn’t even look in the wardrobe to see if anything was in there.
I understand it was my fault for leaving it behind but now it seems like I’m not gonna get my sweater back because of neglect on the housekeeping’s part.

Ontbijt is zoals bij de meeste Holiday Inn hotels beperkt qua keuze. Elke ochtend was van alles op en moesten we wachten op aanvulling.
