Séjour idéal et reposant pour terminer en beauté un séjour en Inde
Pros:

Patrick et son épouse m'ont très bien accueillie dans leur magnifique Guest House. Le jardin est juste incroyable, des plantes magnifiques, un décor de rêve! La végétation est luxuriante et à l'image du Kerala. La chambre est très spacieuse, la salle de bain très correcte et fonctionnelle. Il y a clim et ventilateur. Le petit déjeuner pour ma part était correct (toast oeufs fris, jus d'ananas fait maison, fruits frais, thé ou café). Le gérant m'a réservé un spectacle de Kathakali pour la modique somme de 500 roupies (à peine 5 euros) pour 2 heures de spectacle. Il m'a aussi réservé un taxi pour que je puisse me rendre à l'aéroport. Les gérants sont vraiment gentils, souriants et serviables. Ils entretiennent parfaitement bien leur guesthouse. Un Un grand merci pour leur hospitalité. Le centre de Fort Cochi est seulement à quelques minutes à pied, tout comme Fort Cochi Beach. On peut aussi avoir un tuk-tuk si on le souhaite. Uber fonctionne aussi ici. Le quartier est magnifique, sécure et vous pourrez déambuler dans les rues pour s'imprégner de la culture locale. Un vrai bonheur. Un havre de paix qu'on a du mal à quitter...

Good, Comfortable and Value for money

Its was cozy and the family was helping and humble.

For a short stay, say 2 nights, its a really good place.
Pros:

Host prepares the breakfast herself and its really good. Location is good. Fort, beach & Church - at walking distance.

Cons:

The staircase leading to the 1st floor is very steep & narrow. Elder people will find it difficult to walk up and down the stairs.

Mary is a great host and very kind and helpful.
Pros:

Close but not too close to the major tourist areas.

Cons:

Little overgrown plants as you walk to your room. But I can see others loving it at the same time.

Lovely Green Garden
Pros:

Compact room with everything we needed. Although it had a balcony, we didn't use it.
Friendly hosts and it was lovely to chat with fellow guests over breakfast.
Peaceful location only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Kochin. There were always tuktuks waiting at the end of the road if we didn't want to walk.
Our host arranged an excellent day trip to the backwaters, and to see a Kathakali performance. He was also very helpful in suggesting other local places to visit.
We arrived way too early after an overnight train (sorry!). Our hosts kindly let us leave our bags with them until the room was ready.

Cons:

We were requested not to leave the AC on when we were not in the room, so we didn't, but this meant that the room was very warm when we returned to it.
Not the fault of Heavenly Homestay, but there were frequent power cuts.

un'oasi diverse e tranquillità vicino alla parte turistica di Fort Kochi
Pros:

la posizione della homestay in una zona tranquilla, ma vicinissima alla zona più turistica di Fort kochi, in un ambiente curato, molto verde. Il gestore Patrick e la moglie sono molto gentili, le camere pulite, il giardino della casa un eden verdissimo e curassimo, ci hanno aiutato a trovare il transfer notturno per aeroporto.

Pros:

C'est la meilleure chambre que nous avons eue pendant notre séjour de 3 semaines, tout le confort occidental y est! Les petits déjeuner variés et hyper copieux. Les propriétaire nous a aussi guidé pour des sorties. Bref je les recommande à 100%.

Pas grand chose

Cons:

Le personnel...ils attendaient juste l'argent.
Sur toutes les prises une seule fonctionnelle.
Les portes d'entrée et de salle de bain horribles, une chaleur étouffante dans la salle de bain impossible de laisser ouverte a cause de leur porte. Odeur insupportable.
Connexion wifi instable. Coupure d'électricité fréquent et personne ne vient pour donner des nouvelles, on doit aller demander.

Petit déjeuner : pas du tout convenable du pain du beurre er de la confiture...rien de local. On a l'impression de deranger.

Le personnel veut juste vendre des tours...a éviter.
