Well located budget hotel
Pros:

Central location just a short walk to the pier.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The decor needs an upgrade/update. Communal areas in particular look a bit shabby.
No breakfast.

Nothing weird hotel with weird owners

Cons:

Anything room dirty and had drugs on the floor and dirty spoons plus was not tidy at all forgot to take pictures

Pros:

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Location was excellent - right opposite Eastbourne Pier and very close to brilliant local restaurants.

Cons:

I visited during a heatwave and was very hot, but not a lot you can do about that!

Pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfasts.
It was quiet after 11pm.

Cons:

I think thicker curtains would have kept more heat out and reduce the light pouring into the room at dawn.
There was considerable noise from doors swinging shut.

Pros:

Location was very good,staff was very polite.
Access in and out was very smooth.
Room was very spacious and clean,with the side view on the pier and sea which is a big plus for me.

Cons:

My only disslike is no Wi-fi in rooms( restricted to lounge area only).There is also slight problem with ventilation as I had a feeling room was very stuffy.Breakfast was served in cooperating hotel,which I generally didnt mind,but this breakfast was low standard.
Becon was soft,eggs fried but not soft,hash browns tasted like undercooked.
If you looking for emergency low budget stay Yes,its ok,but if you need a proper meal wirh the taste no.
There is space for improvement.

Value for money basic accommodation in a central location.
Pros:

Central location. Staff seemed friendly. The TV worked.

Cons:

Not a lot of space in the (single) room. I left my towel in the shower as advised to have it replaced - but it was not. There was no shower gel in the dispenser, on my second day they left a little bottle. The room generally was in need of a lick of paint, new doors, tiling, etc.
