La tv ne fonctionnait pas puis un ventilateur Brumisateur également
Petit appartement propre et bien décoré
Pas de climatisation pour une pièce sous les toits ! Et beaucoup de bruit venant de la rue : difficile de dormir dans ces conditions..
Surtout l’accès à la chambre 2e étage (!) se fait par un escalier très étroit aux marches irrégulières , presque dangereux pour une dame âgée . Je déconseille cet appartement EN DEHORS de l’hôtel ALORS QUE les chambres dans l’hôtel sont Clim et il y a un ascenseur.
La situation en plein centre-ville , la chambre était propre le personnel très agréable
La chambre était côté rue et j’ai trouvé que c’était mal insonorisée. Nous entendions tous les bruits de la rue

The location is just great, the staff very helpful, from helping us book tickets to the nearby towns to recommending restaurants or activities. The room was very clean and spacious, overall a great guest experience.
Petite chambre mais confortable et bien équipée, avec vue sur rue (calme). La salle de bain est fonctionnelle. Les produits de bain Nuxe : un détail sympa.
Ne pas vous déplacer sur Rennes en voiture si vous ne voulez pas vous ruiner en parking.
