Unsafe and unsuitable for families with young children

Cons:

I stayed with my family of four, including two young children. Only upon arriving at midnight were we told that the apartment was on the 4th floor of another building, with no elevator and no parking on-site.

The apartment also has no air conditioning, only noisy fans. The windows have no child safety protection, which felt particularly dangerous with young children. These important details should have been clearly disclosed before booking
