Nous avons appeler la vieille afin de réserver une nuit de plus (train supprimer, obligé de partir le lendemain). La nuit a été acceptée. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le réceptionniste nous a dit que l'hôtel était complet et que nous devions nous débrouiller !
La chambre était sale, située au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la rue. En pleine canicule, pas de ventilateur. Obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre et d'être dérangé par tous les bruits de la rue.

A fuir à tout prix !

Lamentable y denunciable

Lo principal, después de haberlo confirmado por escrito, tenernos a una familia, con una niña de 11 años, a las 2,30 de la madrugada, tirados en la calle, sin poder entrar en el Hotel, llamando a 2 teléfonos que tenían, en ambos sólo buzón de voz. Después de casi 2 horas, nos tuvimos que buscar otro Hotel. Lamentable e incluso denunciable.

Avoid. This place is disgusting

Avoid this hotel.
We booked this hotel via Expedia and from the minute we arrived the whole experience was a horror show.
The room we were offered was down in the basement and outside, in a dirty, smelly courtyard. The room itself was dirty, the bathroom and shower looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for years and the pull cord for the light was mouldy and dirty.
The smell from the drains was disgusting which was clearly backed up drains and waste.
Most concerning though was the lack of fire escapes, we were literally surrounded by a brick wall and only one entry point which was via the property.
There was rubbish and building materials lying about in the halls
We complained and were offered another room, however this was equally as dirty, paint on the beds and curtains and the shower and bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned.
We asked for a refund as the property was not habitable and did not stay.
Expedia contacted the hotel to request a refund and they simply ignored the request, clearly they are happy to take money from people and either have them walk away happy to have their cash or equally they are happy to have people sleeping in their dirty fire hazard of a property.

Pros:

Brilliant location, lots of places to eat and drink and a 5/10 minute walk to Kings cross St Pancras.
Exceeded my expectations due to not great reviews.
For the price I would say excellent!

Best budget Hotel ever stayed in.
Pros:

Everything. Affordable, easy to get to from King's Cross I walked it in under 15 minutes. No messing about with transport. The owners were friendly and gave the impression that your stay was important yo them. I'll be going back for sure. Ideal gor me when going to see a gig. Faultless 👏👏👏

Central location. 5 minutes walk to Tube Station

Cons:

Room was far too small. Nil space for luggage to be stored. Have to step over luggage to move about the room. Carpet was wrinkled and felt damp under foot. There was nil chair or stool to set and work on laptop - informed staff on checkout when asked how was the room. Bathroom shower recess drain did not drain water backed up requiring taking quick showers to avoid flooding. the bathroom.
In short, the room was equivalent to a steerage passage ship's cabin.
