Wunderschöne Lage des Hotels, toller Blick, engagiertes freundliches Personal, alles top!
Pros:

Wir waren in einem der älteren Zimmer untergebracht. Stilmöbel, Brokatstoff, Teppich und kein Balkon. Aber alles sehr sauber und ok. Der Wellnessbereich super schön, modern und auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es blieb kein Wunsch offen, ebenso das Abendessen mit 5 Gängen.

Cons:

Beim nächsten Aufenthalt ein Zimmer mit Balkon.

Pros:

Der Empfang war okay. Die Junior Suite war perfekt, ausser dass ich erwartet hatte, dass der Jacuzzi mit frischem Wasser gefüllt ist – das war leider nicht der Fall.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Abendessen ebenfalls gut.

Cons:

Es hat teilweise etwas lange gedauert, wobei es auch sein kann, dass wir zu wenig Informationen darüber bekommen haben, wie alles abläuft.

Ausserdem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Gäste etwas klassifiziert bzw. unterschiedlich behandelt wurden. Aber alles in allem war der Aufenthalt super.

Schönes Hotel mit Blick über Eppan.
Pros:

Das Hotel Christof ist sehr schön am Hang gelegen und hat eine wunderbare Aussicht über Eppan. Zum Frühstück gab es eine grosse Auswahl an Speisen, frische Säfte, Müesli und Eierspeisen, so wie eine grosse Auswahl an Früchten Fleisch und Käse. Wir wurden nett empfangen. Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse. Es gibt ein kleines Wellness mit Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad und Whirlpool. Wir konnten für einen Ausflug E-Bikes ausleihen.

Südtirol ist eine sehr schöne Gegend mit mit vielen Ausflug Möglichkeiten.
Pros:

Das sehr freundliche aufgestellte Personal
Es war sehr fein und mehr als genug

Cons:

Das gesamte Personal repräsentierte das Hotel super und nicht die Besitzer des Hauses.
Chefin war im Speisesaal und grüsste nicht alle Gäste, was ich und meine Freundin sehr schade fanden. Es bracht keinen Schnick Schnack, aber ein freundliches Willkommen heissen und auf wiedersehen ihrerseits.

Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausgezeichnetes Essen am Abend. Sehr schöne Gegend zum Wandern und Sporteln.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeiten bei der Brotauswahl beim Frühstück. Zusätzlich frisches Vollkornbrot wäre für mich wünschenswert.
