The restaurant is poor in services and high in cost on low quality products

ثلثلي الطريق الجبلي غير معبد وكذلك لا يوجد مكان قريب للاكل الا عند طريق الفندق .. خيارات الافطار والعشاء التي جربتها محدوده حدا عباره عن 4 اصناف في كل وجبة والاكل من المطبخ الهندي الذي لا اتقبله جدا .. كذلك عدم الاهتمام بنضافة الملاءات مستحيل لم يلاحظوا انها وسخة اثناء وضعها على السرير .. نصيحة لا تسكنوا في رقم 5 لانها مكشوفه على المطعم ما بتاخذون راحتكم فيها

The restaurant food was average. It was acceptable, but nothing particularly memorable or outstanding.

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and my husband informed the hotel in advance. A cake was arranged, but we were surprised that it was charged separately. We had expected it to be a complimentary gesture for such a special occasion.

The food options were limited

الاكل مستواه ضعيف جداً وليس لذيذ الله يكرم النعمة بمقابل انه غالي على سعرة مايستحق الصراحة اتمنى تحسنوا من مستوى الاكل لان اغلب الخدمات ليست قريبة .

They can do better in the restaurant. Small choice and overpriced.

La nourriture, le buffet est très sommaire. Il n’y a pas d’offre continentale, tout est indien au dîner et au petit déjeuner, il n’y a pas assez de choix. Ils vendent la chambre avec le petit déjeuner et offre la possibilité de dîner au check in, ce que tout le monde prend car on n’a pas envie de refaire la route une fois arrivée, cependant le prix du dîner est trop cher par rapport à l’offre. On sent qu’ils essayent de faire des économies sur la nourriture, nous avons eu au dîner et petit déjeuner les mêmes fruits, pastèques et melons, alors que la saison des mangues est à son apogée. Pas de lait de substitution au petit déjeuner alors que le supermarché en bas en vend. La piscine est belle mais pas très propre, il y avait des clients qui se baignaient habillé, notamment des femmes en sari.

le buffet et le petit dejeuner est axé uniquement pour une clientèle indienne. TOUT ETAIT TRES ÉPICÉ et donc difficile de manger pour une personne qui n'aime pas ça. Meme les pommes de terre étaient épicés.
Pour la piscine, très gros problème avec la clientele indienne. Cela devrait être interdit de se baigner avec ses vêtements de ville.
Je ne recommanderai pas cet établissement et d'ailleurs nous avons appris après que le restaurant était le gros souci. C'est vraiment dommage.

AC couldn't be lowered - full on all the time

Disappinting experience … no room service , cockroaches running around , water complimentary and if you want more its chargeable , pool is not temperature controlled water cery cold cant stay for more then 15 minutes in it !!!
Last 4 kms of road leading upto the venue is unpaved but doable
Buffet had limited options

We reached the hotel late so went for dinner straight and then to rooms. We started sneezing when we entered the room. Then we realised the floor was really full of dust. Called the reception and no one was available. Their reception and all facilities close by 9 pm. I had to clean all by myself to protect my daughter. Staff service was crap. Kitchen was fine with limited variety but won't complain. We could have surely got better hotel for the price we paid. They publish as 3 start hotel on Google but it is actually a Resort. Won't visit ever again.

Breakfast is not good, stuff in night not available, is need to pay for some regular things like Sleepers or other.
