Rewelacyjny hotel za rozsądne pieniądze. Umiarkowane cyny, bardzo miła obsługa, smaczne śniadania, oraz smaczne dania obiadowe. Spokojnie można polecać.

Spokojne miejsce z dużym, bezpłatnym parkingiem. Pięknie wykończony pokój z kolonialnymi meblami. Winda, strefa SPA z basenem i sauną, restauracja serwująca także dania kuchni azjatyckiej. Uprzejmy personel, recepcja 24h. Polecam gorąco.

Bazén, který byl součástí ubytování.

Cons:

Dostali jsme úplně jiný pokoj, než jsme si objednali a zaplatili. Měli jsme mít rodinný pokoj, to znamená, že tam měly být 2 manželské postele ve dvou propojených pokojích. My ale dostali jeden malý pokoj, ve kterém byly natlačené 4 postele. Nedalo se tam ani hnout. V hotelu nám pak bylo řečeno, že oni mají jen jeden pokoj takový, jako inzerují na fotkách, ale jako rodinný prodávají reálně další dva, které však neodpovídají nabídce na Bookingu. Sice se omlouvali, ale reálně s tím nechtěli nic dělat. Že mají plno a sleva nepřichází v úvahu.

Cons:

Śniadania w formie bufetu to była jakaś porażka. Każdego dnia trzeba się było upominać że czegoś brakuje na stole, wyciszenie pokoju od strony korytarza , kiepskie.

Pros:

Először mindig a negatív értékeléseket olvasom el. Kiszűröm a nyavalygó (jaj a wifi rossz volt, hangoskodtak, döngött a szobámban a szúnyog) véleményeket, és próbálok a többé-kevésbé tárgyilagosakra koncentrálni. Ez a szálloda szerintem tökéletes. Tiszta, kényelmes, jó a wellness részleg, udvarias a személyzet, közel van Boroszlóhoz, és egyáltalán: minden tökéletesen rendben van vele. Aki nyekereg, az fizessen ötször ennyit, és a Grand hotel hat csillagban is nyekeregni fog. Mert, hogy mindig van feljebb.(Lejjebb) Mi nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, pont azt kaptuk, amit vártunk, talán egy kicsivel még többet is. Köszönjük szépen!
