Quá dơ và rất hôi mùi ẩm móc, giường thì cứng đơ, có rất nhiều con kiến trên giường, toilet thì hôi dơ, phòng tệ xuống cấp rất cũ, khu vực thang máy rất hôi, hồ bơi như là đài phun nước tới mắc cá chân, ăn sáng thì thà thoi đừng nấu luôn chả có gì ăn ngon đc, quá tệ rất uổng tiền, hơn hết là rất xa biển

1. Thái độ phục vụ của tất cả nhân viên, kiểu “đông khách không cần”, giọng rất xấc xược.
2. Phòng thực tế giống trên hình, nhưng tất cả mọi thứ đều đã xuống cấp rất rất nhiều, nhìn rất kinh khủng.
Lúc tôi nhận phòng, rất dơ và đưa tôi một phòng không phải như hình trên booking, tôi đã phải phản ánh mới được đổi phòng khác.
3. Thiết bị cũ kỹ, bồn nước nghẹt, máy lạnh hư, toilet rất hôi, bồn cầu cũ bị nứt phai màu rất kinh tởm.
4. Trên booking tôi đặt phòng 2 người lớn và 2 trẻ em. Nhưng khi đến khách sạn phụ thu thêm 250k vnd, lý do: phòng đó mặc định 3 người, thêm trẻ em thêm tiền, khiếu nại thắc mắc gì thì liên hệ booking, không đồng ý thì trả phòng. Trong khi gia đình tôi có 2 trẻ em nếu trả đành phải lang thang đi tìm phòng khác.
5. Hầm giữ xe bốc mùi kinh khủng thật là tệ.
6. Cách âm rất tệ, ở trên toilet dưới nghe hết, cực kì gớm.

Tôi chưa từng bao giờ phải ở một nơi kinh khủng từ dịch vụ, hạ tầng và chất lượng.

Lời khuyên: đừng nên lưu trú ở đây.

A peine j'étais sortie de la chambre pour le chek Out . que la petite femme au strabisme m'a presque sauter dessus pour avoir la carte magnétique de la chambre.histoire faire le check de la chambre. .... j'ai payé une bouteille d'eau que j'ai même oublié dans le frigo.
