Pros:

Freundliches Personal, guter Service. Hotel einwenig in die Jahre genommen aber sauber. Frühstück war sehr gut, kleine Auswahl aber alles da. Foto - Ausblick vom Zimmer. Preis - Leistung ist o.k.

Cons:

Pool könnte besser gepflegt werden.

Für den Preis vollkommen in Ordnung
Pros:

Der Preis war für mich ausschlaggebend. Der Pool eine nette Dreingabe, wenn er denn schon nutzbar gewesen wäre. Das war am 23.05.2026 noch nicht der Fall. Wem der wichtig ist, sollte nachfragen, ob er schon aktiv ist. Der Pool auf dem Dach mit Aussicht ist in meinen Augen das Highlight des Hotels. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse okay. Die Lobby macht einen guten Eindruck. Man gibt sich Mühe, im Detail merkt man, dass das Hotel einen Renovierungsstau hat (Jalousie schloss nicht mehr vollständig in meinem Zimmer, der Auslaufstopfen an meinem Waschbecken fehlte, so dass Wasser am Hahn entlang hinter dem Waschbecken auf den Boden lief, im Treppenhaus im 4.Stock war der elektronische Halter der Brandschutztür abgerissen).

Cons:

Der Ort ist ein Alptraum. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, es leidet eher darunter. Durchgangsverkehr ohne Ende. Viele Geschäfte und Hotels haben schon aufgegeben. Das Hotel Minerva direkt nebenan ist ein Beispiel. Wer nicht in die Tiefgarage fahren will, kann links an der Straße hoch zum Hotel parken. Ist eine Einbahnstraße und - soweit ich das wahrgenommen habe - fast den ganzen Tag im Schatten.
