Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Place is clean and comfortarble.
Breakfast was average, food was plain. No much flavor. The feature dishes promised (pozole) were not available. Parking is small, and dirty. The entrance is very steep and damages the lower part of the car.

Very good located
The bedroom carpet had red stains resembling lipstick, and the in-room safety box was broken. Furthermore, the gym conditions are unacceptable; it felt like an oven due to the lack of air conditioning and only one small window for ventilation. I requested a fan from a housekeeper to mitigate the heat, but I never received a follow-up or a solution.

Hotel had a very nice hot buffet breakfast. There was accommodation for my wheelchair, and I was able to access everything easily. Quality soaps and towels. My visit was for pleasure, but I think this would be an excellent hotel for business stays.
No handicap accessible room with king sized bed. Parking garage was very small and filled up. A giant pickup truck parked in the handicap spot and blocked the wheelchair ramp to the elevator.
Fue una estraordinaria estancia , el hotel está muy bien ubicado y te hacen sentir como en casa. Es una estructura limpia y bien conservada constantemente.
Todo ha sido muy bueno . Sólo daría una sugerencia. Deberían poner un distintivo en los coches de los huespedes para poder entrar al estacionamiento y así evitar que gente externa entre al estacionamiento exclusivo.
