Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Aussicht/Skyline von der Skybar GENZ war wundervoll. Die Lage war sehr Zentral und die umliegende Tempel und Goldgeschäfte vermittelten ein angenehmes Sicherheitsgefühl.

Cons:

Ich war zuerst in ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und die Lüftungsanlage hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch.
Ich konnte jedoch relativ rash ein upgrade erhalten zu einen Zimmer mit Balkon und mein restliches Aufenthalt geniessen.

Location, bars, staff and lots of restaurants/shops on the complex; even a Starbucks.

Cons:

The pool was very small and awkward to get to so we didn’t even use it.

Great location
Pros:

We spent new years eve here and fortunately there was some entertainment on the many roof bars and restaurants which was quite reasonable. As for the rooms they could do with updating and the fridge was quite loud,

Pros:

Location was great. Staff were very nice. The view from the top is amazing.

The swimming pool is tiny..
The hotel was a bit tired.
It felt massive and not very personal.

Enjoyed our stay here as we loved china town and being right on the door step of all the food and the markets. Close to
Pros:

Very friendly staff, our room was upgraded. Lots of lifts and quick service.

Cons:

The menu at the Sky restaurant was a bit strange and mixed so we didn’t eat there but had a drink to see the view at night time.
