Pros:

Great location, clean rooms and lovely staff throughout the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel as you are right in the middle of all the shops bars and restaurants and a two minute walk to the river at the Praca do Comercio.

Ubicación perfecta y excelente atención
Pros:

La atención del personal del hotel fue excelente. Siempre mostraron una gran predisposición para ayudarnos y ofrecernos sugerencias sobre paseos, traslados y distintas alternativas para recorrer Lisboa.

La ubicación es perfecta. Ya habíamos estado anteriormente en la ciudad y, a nuestro criterio, es una zona ideal: se llega fácilmente en metro tanto desde el aeropuerto como desde las estaciones de tren, y permite acceder caminando a numerosos lugares de interés.

Aunque la habitación puede resultar algo pequeña para algunas personas, en nuestro caso priorizamos la ubicación. Pasamos poco tiempo en la habitación y valoramos mucho tener todo cerca.

Cons:

El aspecto menos positivo fue la atención de la encargada del desayuno. Daba la impresión de que no formaba parte del equipo del hotel, sino que pertenecía a un servicio asociado al restaurante de la esquina. Su trato no estuvo al mismo nivel de la excelente atención recibida por parte del resto del personal.

El desayuno era correcto, variado y suficiente, aunque durante nuestro viaje por Portugal tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de otros desayunos de mejor calidad.

En términos generales, la excelente ubicación y la amabilidad del personal del hotel inclinan claramente la balanza a favor de una experiencia muy positiva.

Luxury hotel with great staff!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They are a real credit to the hotel. The location was brilliant and it was great to have a bar/restaurant as part of the hotel. My room had bog windows and a great view of the city!

Excellent customer service
Pros:

My mum and her friend had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They were very happy with the location, the cleanliness, and especially the hospitality of the staff.

Neither of them speaks the local language, but everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, which made them feel comfortable throughout their stay.

The check-in process was online, and I contacted the hotel beforehand to explain the situation. They replied quickly, were very understanding, and went out of their way to help, which I really appreciated.

Thank you for making their trip such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine hospitality!

Pros:

location was excellent, right in the middle of everything. Staff were wonderful, very helpful.

Cons:

room was very small, barely had enough room for the 2 suitcases and no wardrobes. bed was extremely hard and no kettle to make my tea.

Terrible customer service …
Pros:

Terrible experience … Despite the booking platform we used having parking available as the 3rd highlight of the hotel this is in fact false. There are only 4 passes available to share between all hotel guests, so first come first served.

We checked in at 3.15pm (check in is at 3pm) and all passes have gone. The pass would given half price parking 10 min walk away, parking is €48 for 24 hours. With no passes left we have no choice but to pay €48. We expected to pay but not this much.

When raised with the hotel Manager she was extremely defensive and the rudest hotel manager I have ever come across in all my years of travels.

Stay clear of this hotel if you are used to good and polite customer service, this is not what you will experience here.
