The staff that greeted us at the door were very welcoming. They offered us a glass of port and a pastry and were very helpful explaining the parking procedure.

The staff and location. Every place of interest was walking distance from the hotel. The staff at the reception desk were awesome and welcoming. The welcome glass of Porto and pastel de nata were a nice touch. Ricardo 1 and 2 at the front desk were awesome. Made us feel so welcome. The young lady booked an excellent Fado place for us and directed us to the authentic places for some Ginjha.

Fedt hotel..Receptionen hjalp os flot det stykke vore mange kufferter skulle slæbes da vi rejste.
Vi kom fra 3 uger langt krydstogt- og havde derfor stor oppakning. Flot hjælp.

BeHotel Lisboa was prefect for us. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, breakfast was wonderful and this is all in the walkable historical district. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Excellent location in the heart of Rue Augusta, Warm welcome with complementary Porto wine and Pasteis de Nata.
Rooms feature balconies, Good breakfast and delicious bread.

מלון מאד נחמד, מחודש ונקי במיקום מצוין ברובע באישה. מי שמחפש מיקום מרכזי באזור המישורי של ליסבון אז זאת אופציה מעולה. יש צוות באמת נהדר ונחמד שיודע לתת שירות ועוזר במה שצריך.

We had a lovely stay here. A group of four ladies celebrating our 40th birthday in Lisbon.

We were greeted with port and a Portuguese tart, which was a lovely welcome.

One room was larger than the other but both were fine for us - clean, beds changed daily, great shower and coffee machine. Also a safe in the room.

Breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, etc. Freshly squeezed orange juice daily, coffee and tea was made when you ordered, fresh pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, breads and cereals. You would have to be very fussy to not like this brekkie!

Excellent location and staff were brilliant in pointing out where to go on the map and providing directions.

Would be happy to return and would recommend to anyone thinking of going to Lisbon.

The hotel was ok, definitely not a 4 stars, more a 3.5, with the room quite small and basic. The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in a very good location.

Been on a few 4 stars hotels but never a 4 star hotel with rooms as small as this. When I asked what the difference between mini and standard room was, the staff was annoyed and didnt have any answers. After asking a few people next days in reception I finally was told that some rooms are more or less same size even if one is mini and one is standard....

Breakfast was not a 4 star breakfast, no facilities of any kind, small hard beds, tiny old tv with bad colours and all in all a hotel we never gonna visit again.

Location is the only positive thing here.

Our first trip to Lisbon and I would recommend the Behotelisboa. Extremely close to the city centre the hotel was well located to the coast as well as local transportation. The super friendly helpful and polite staff were really great and helpful. They helped me plan a surprise for my wife in our room for our trip which was greatly appreciated. They were also super helpful in aiding us in planning trips and excursions through their links or by advising where to go to get what we needed. Many restaurants located near by as well as some of Lisbons famous eateries, bakeries etc. For the Vegan and vegetarian traveller you are located with 10-15 mins form many different places that have fulll and vibrant menus. Lots of the restaurants provide options well - but my wife is plant based and we got to have a lot of great meals. The room was well priced for a last minuet trip. the room was super clean - bathroom was great and a comfy bed. you are in the town centre so it stays a bit nosey at night till about 1130 / 0000 but with our windows shut it didn't bother us. I would recommend you stay here if you need a nice place to stay while you are exploring - we didnt take up any features in the hotel but we were exploring Lisbon so the main point was us to have a nice clean, safe and friendly place to stay which we did - I would totally recommend to anyone.

The hotel is perfectly located. On checking in the young lady who did so was very helpful. She gave us a map and asked what our plans were so she could show us the transport links. The hotel was clean. Our room was tiny which was my fault for booking a small room but there was no space at all. We were given a glass of port and some pastels de nata on arrival which was a lovely gesture. The hotel was great value for money, the breakfast was very nice too. We did not hear any noise at night. Very pleasant stay indeed.
