Park Tower Inn

Did not like the rooms, heated pool was cold, did not state you had to walk down 30 steps to get to pools under hotel not joking, there was mold going down to the pool, ceiling was falling down in some places, insulation was hanging out of some areas, had a hole in our bedroom wall, breakfast room was so far away, no vending machines gor snacks, only 2 ice machines. Overall this stay was the worst experience I have ever had!

The hotel is very run down. All the rules they list don't seem to actually apply. There was smoking everywhere, dogs, and it seemed like people were actually living there. Hardly any of the facilities worked. Only 1 of 4 elevators worked. All of the faucets had a steady stream or full blast water constantly running. Stans and cigarette burns on the beddings, curtains, floors, walls. Flat pillows, and don't offer extra pillows or towels or linen. The pool area had chipped tile in the bathrooms and pools.

The entire building is shady and run down had to switch rooms multiple times because of mold in the bathroom ceilings every showers safety handles are ripped off the walls and the holes was filled with expanding foam making the shower trashy along with the staff acting as if you asked for there kidney when asking for towels because they only give you 2 when you booked a room for 3. Don’t get me started in the joke of safety hazards with a elevator that barley works and the stairs to go to the indoor pool every step was chipped cracked and slick. The pools wasn’t no where near the pictures the changing room at the pool was in such bad condition multiple people chose to go back to there rooms overall the prices are low for a reason the only plus I can say about this hotel is there was no bed bugs but that may be due to them having self respect

The facility was dirty. Rooms run down broken equipment in rooms

The place was nasty, we walked into our room an my son found a bag of grapes in the couch, the stairs down to the pool was nasty an dirty. My kid found a bandaid floating in the pool. We got back to our room an the spare room was hot, the ac was not working so I got an tell the front staff an said nothing they can do cuz the guy for that has done left.

Little run down, needs major updates, with that being said they are in construction with hallway lights.

It wasn’t clean and not comfortable.

The indoor pool area smelled of chemicals heavily. Could only stay in there 10 minutes before getting a headache.

There was no towels the towels were dirty. The carpet was nasty, and I had a sheet on top of a comforter that had burn holes from a cigarette in it, which was a non-smoking room

The staff was rude and did not want to help at all there was a broken chair on my balcony they said they would replace they never did the Neighbor had a whole bag of cigarette butts and ashtray outside the balcony door smelled horrible said something to the staff and the lady told me there was nothing she can do smh the door to the restroom was tore up there was a hole in the shower wall I will never book this place again

The room was not clean the bathrooms in pool area are nasty broken Tile everywhere under renovation only 1 elevator worked they do not clean your room and get mad if you request more towels I was so afraid there was gonna be bugs and bed bugs im never taking my family here again.

I didn't even stay in this place I always go check my room after checking in. When I was walking to my room I felt really unsafe. When I get in my room half the lights work, I always check the bed for bed bugs and roaches and the sheets and the mattresses was nasty and stained also worn out did not look comfortable at all bathroom was tiny. The pictures on the Internet that was advertised is not what these rooms look like at all. I didn't even check out the rest of the place because of my room looked like that and I felt unsafe I assume the rest of the place was just as bad or worse. I wasnt the only person complaining there was 3 other people complaining as well. A Refund is definitely a must!

Really can’t say anything about not liking this property.

Sheets were stained and the shower was not clean

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The rooms were dirty, sink full of beans and noddles from previous occupants. 2 towels and no wash clothes for 4 people. The pools inside and outside were a mess, outside hot tub broken, bathroom at the indoor pool was disgusting with broke tiles on the walls. Place needs a huge remodel. Elevator to the pool is broke and had to walk down the road to get to the pool because of all the stairs and having little kids and a stroller.

Queen size bed, not the best.Benny was okay.People next door are throwing food all over the balcony.To feed the birds so I couldn't have my balcony door open. Only one elevator working, and the inside pool is ice cold
