The pool was shut down the whole time, breakfast was nasty and half the stuff was broken, wires hanging from walls, couldn’t get towels and rags, nothing matched the booking description

Nastiest place i ever went to stay...it stunk so bad! Stayed just a few minutes and left
The beds was comfortable!
It only had one working elevator,no way to get a handicap person down to the indoor pool,everything was very outdated and the breakfast wasn’t much!
The room was comfortable and big. Employees were friendly. Good breakfast.
Remodel was going on that we were not aware off. Only 1 elevator was working. Pool and lazy river were dirty.
Absolutely nothing it was a disgusting hotel that smelled like sewer all the rooms that we got moved to stunk the beds were uncomfortable. The floors had stains, not clean.
Let’s see the rooms had bedbugs so that I definitely did not like The room smelt like sewage. The pool was nasty. Just a whole building. It needs to be tore down and they needs 100% clean.
The location was pretty good
Hotel was under renovation.staff was not helpful or friendly. Roaches were found in our bathroom.only 1 roll of toilet paper in our room had too go get another roll downstairs at front desk. The mini fridge didn't work right. The mattresses were thin and broken down and pillows sucked. Just an overall horrible experience.

Place looks nothing like the pictures! My to was dirt plus door broken furniture and shower had hole on side . I reported it . Carpet nasty stain pee like . Breakfast was no options girl works so nice she missed work nobody clean up place so she was apologizing people trying get stuff ready yesterday morning ! Breakfast deletions horrible ! No plain bagels no fruits or yogurt !

Staff lady was very standoffish like she didn’t wanna be there and one of the elevators was broken and it was very obviously being remodeled so paint was messy floors were inconsistent and it smelled
