This has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in all my 50 years

The location

Cons:

Everything…. The staff were rude. The place is absolutely atrocious and filthy. This facility has major health code violations. I cannot believe that no one has shut them down. How is this hotel still in business?

Horrible and will never book there again
Cons:

The room was gross. Walked into our room and their was a clogged toilet and looked like vomit on the bed. There was stuff all over the walls and the refrigerator didn't work. Then the house keeping lady never knocked and just welcomed herself in the room. Overall it was terrible. Then when mentioning this to the front desk they did nothing no refund nothing.

Pros:

Very good location. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

My room was supposed to have a spa tub but didn't. Outside pool closed. Dirty floors. Breakfast area dirty. Food on tables and floor. Only one elevator worked. We were on the sixth floor.

We paid for two nights reservation but left after one.

Cons:

No heated indoor pool, no floats for lazy river, outdoor pool wasn't open, bed headboard was broken, room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like cigarettes and weed. I door key thing was broken showing wires. Only one elevator works in the whole hotel you have to wait forever
