I think once the construction is finished we would probably come back as long as we weren’t wanting to swim
Pros:

The employees were very nice and professional. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but kind of got old having the same thing every day. The view was really nice from our balcony.

Cons:

Only one elevator was working so it took forever to get to and from our room. You could see where construction had been started but not one was working on it and it just looked really bad. The rooms were great as far as size but were very outdated. And the pools were small and always full and there weren’t many tubes for the lazy river.

The Air conditioning actually working

Cons:

The hotel was hard to navigate, none of the ice machines worked, The staff wasn't nice at all,most of the elevators didn't work had to walk long distances because of the elevators not working to and from the car ,The pools had green stuff in the tiles and paint flakes were floating in the outside pool. One of the tiles were broken and one of the kids cut their foot ,The front office didnt seem concerned and also didnt have a band aide for us. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Ice machines did not work. Elevator did not work. Pool area was very uncomfortable as far as surroundings ceiling was in terrible shape. Jacuzzi had chunks out of the floor and walls also had no bubbles, just hot water if this property is being remodeled it definitely needs it as soon as possible location

Cons:

Absolutely, nothing was updated many of the TV channels were a Frozen picture.

The location and the lazy pool

Cons:

2 lights didn't work in our room, the elevators on our end did not work we had to go up and down 5 stair cases.. there were no towels at the pool. It was run down looking.

Don't trust the pictures...
Pros:

The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. Right off the main highway in Pigeon Forge.

Cons:

This hotel is severely rundown and outdated. It appears that they are working on renovating but we didn't see any work being done. Only one elevator worked. The pictures of the facility are definitely old because it did not look the same. The couch in our room looked dirty and the material on the arms was torn and worn off.
