Do not stay here!
Pros:

Do not stay here! Elevator was down for our entire stay. We booked our room online or we would not have stayed here because I am disabled. We were on the 3rd floor and it was terrible trying to get up and down the steps. There were no towels in the room and the toilet was stopped up and would not flush. We will never stay here again and I wouldn't recommend for anyone else.

Terrible place
Pros:

Went to check in and found no working elevators, place dirty, looking in complete shambles with peeled paint and messed up walls all around. Leaving and going elsewhere. Should be closed down, I don't know how they can charge for a stay.

Pros:

The breakfast was good.. however there was only one attendant and it was hard for her to keep up on food items that were running out

Cons:

Mattresses were broken down, ice machine on my floor did not work. The facilities needed updating some of the furnishings were there since the seventies and we're very worn they did have up a sign though that said that they are in the middle of remodeling but the whole 3 days we were there we did not see any workers..

I was there in February 2026 and it was under renovations. I feel there should be more improvement
Pros:

We stayed at Park Towers years ago. We liked the room size. That's why we chose it again.

Cons:

Only one elevator working. Did not like the pool. Jacuzzi not working and the pool out dated.

Only 1 elevator worked and pool wasn't great no outside pool and the other was to hot and breakfast wasn't good gravy was like pepper water and biscuits was nasty and it was horrible

I did not enjoy it and will not be staying again.

It was close to stuff

Cons:

There was ants in our room all over the bathroom. It was outdated. The pool was facility was dirty and in terrible condition. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The lady at the front desk was rude to my wife. And the breakfast was not very good.

Staff and location was great

Cons:

Needs to update. The mattress was old the kind with springs. They were broke down so slept in a hole. The pool was a little green with black mold on carpet and walls. The walls down hall were a little torn up lights missing on 1 side. The fridge held together with duct tape but did get cold

The breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The indoor pool was very cold and there was not many lights in the pool area. Also a light was hanging out inside inside the lazy river. The shelf the refrigerator was on was broken.
