Jeep stay
Pros:

Quick check-in, friendly staff had a pool, and lazy river that was CLEAN, a game room to hang out especially when you have a teenager.

Cons:

The breakfast could be a little warmer.

I won't be back unless there is a major overhaul.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, but pillows lumpy. The air was cool though and we had hot water to shower in.

Cons:

The carpet was filthy, the sink water dripped constantly, the ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and mold. There was a towel stuffed in a hole in the ceiling which may have been a fan at on time! Also there was a couple of bugs in the bathroom. The hotel was in poor shape but we didn't pay much for the room so you know you get what you pay for.

Do NOT stay here!
Pros:

Our room was dirty and nasty dried food in the sink. The bathrooms in the pool area was nasty. The lazy river floats were not inflated. I had to go to the desk several times to ask for a housekeeper to come and clean the sink and clean the room which they never did until the third shift receptionist he came up and did it himself. I had already cleaned the bathroom because I couldn’t wait any longer with the kids, especially my special-needs daughter.

Cons:

Dirty place to stay as well as ran by poor management that do not hold up to their word. They said they would Compass for two more days at another time. I scheduled them at the end of August and I was told the day that they were scheduled that I could change the dates if I needed to, and there will be no charge for the price that they had put into the computer was gonna stay that way and he would make a note of that when I called to reschedule the dates they told me that I have to cancel or I have to come at the time that it was scheduled for the manager did not hold up to the word the manager would not even call me, kept having the receptionist do his job poor Management throughout the whole place.

Location was great. Lazy river was cool

Cons:

The whole hotel just seemed dingy. Half the lights in our room didn’t work, the beds were terrible

Location is excellent, basically straight across from the island

Cons:

Some of the staff acted as if it got on her last nerve to actually see people. No customer service from her. No smile if you asked for something she would barely look up from her phone to say she'll get to it later

mold in room on furniture and all over the ceiling and stuck very badly. Both pool areas was bad. we did not stay. went some place else. They did not give a refund and bookings did not back us up. let them get away with it. We had pic and everything. First time I ever left a bookings motel and and have used them for over ten years.

They used outdated pictures. I didn’t get the room I ordered then the front guy took my key with my son in the room and canceled my reservation. The facility was dirty. Light fixture out of the pool. Cigarette butts everywhere in the indoor pool.
