Pros:

L accueil de l hôtesse était parfait.

Cons:

La vétusté de la suite 331 le mobilier a trop vécu pour un 4 étoiles.... le lit n'est pas refait pour le lendemain. Pas de dosette café non plus pour le lendemain. Pas de peignoir pour la piscine on y va habillé ....ni vestiaire ni douche une fois sur place ! La vue jardin est en fait une vue pleine sur le parking ????
Déception... je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Overall our stay was great and we would highly recommend your facility.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is located within a short walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lighting in the washroom was dark and unpredictable. Improving that would be a good idea.

Pros:

The hotel is located very near Gaspé's Main Street, with some shops and restaurants.
Our room in the recently refurbished wing had a nice view on the Birthplace of Canada. It was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. All necessary amenities were available in the room (no safe deposit box though) or at the reception. We didn't use the pool, spa or gym but had dinner at the in house restaurant, which was a little slow and pricey, but OK. Very practical: the hotel has a washing machine and dryer at the disposal of the guests (works with coins) A very special mention to the fabulous staff at the reception desk!
