Pros:

Room was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed view of the street below. Appreciated that there weren't random fees tacked onto our rate other than actual taxes. It's why we chose this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK and convenient but we were told it was included every day when we checked in. When we went to take coffee Saturday morning, the person working there told us it was NOT included on the weekend. That was unexpected.

The hotel was nice. A close location to the hockey rink where my team was playing that night. Nice bar!

Dated rooms but great location.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious but definitely need updating. Both the room & bathroom felt very tired . Can’t beat a one block walk to the town and to the LIRR train to Manhattan.

I've stayed at the Inn numerous times, and the staff is always wonderful.

Great decor, but lacking some basics.

I liked the breakfast buffet. It had a good variety of foods.

Cons:

We have stayed here twice and each time the rooms were cold and the thermostat didn't work. The staff bought up a space heater to warm up the room. We had to move it around so the bathroom was warm enough to shower in. There were no lights that weren't spot lights in the room. Every light was a 75 watt bulb. that couldn't be dimmed

This was such an inconvenience as each time we've stayed it's been for hospitalization or treatment . It would be very dangerous if I were to get sick . This will be the last time we're staying at the Inn at Great Neck.
