Overall pretty decent stay with wonderful and friendly staff
Pros:

The pool caters for adult and children. Breakfast was good and room service food is delicious with generous portions.

Cons:

Shower head really old and leak at the back of the head. Other than that I have nothing to complain.

A Lovely Overnight stay
Pros:

This is my first time visiting Hermes Palace hotel. My husband and I were truly impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff, the quality of the amenities, and the superb dining experiences we had both for room service and the breakfast buffet (5 stars). I really liked walking the grounds, enjoying the beautiful art installations + paintings and comfortable reading corner, as well. They even had an interesting promotion for a "Swimming Pool Breakfast," which many families with children participated in and seemed to be having fun (I may try next time). I must say that I've never seen a large breakfast buffet with this caliber of taste, quality and customer service, plus there was a fabulous variety to choose from. And my husband thought the shower experience in our room was excellent. Thanks so much Hermes Palace representatives. You're doing a fine job! Thank you for a wonderful experience : ) P.S. I forgot to mention that we really appreciated our request for early check-in being honored on short notice. The only reason our room was "Good" and not "Excellent" is probably because our original room wasn't ready yet, but they kindly accommodated us.

Très bon hotel je le conseil
Pros:

J’ai aimé l’emplacement le petit déjeuner, ainsi que la qualité de service du personnel de la réception qui m’a aidé sur différentes choses, notamment à récupérer ma carte bancaire qui avait été avalée par le distributeur de Banque, qui se trouve sur le parking de l’hôtel

Still a lot to improve in order to be acknowledged as a 5 stars hotel.
Pros:

The location isn’t bad. Quite convenient.

Cons:

There is a leakage in the closet. The towel is too thin for a 5 stars hotel. The staff can be more customer centric. The breakfast (suhoor) is too limited.

Pros:

Sebenarnya Stafnya Respon Cepat, Menu Sarapan Mantap, outdoor juga nyaman, yang paling beruntung bisa ketemu Kang Dedi Mulyadi (KDM) 😁😁

Cons:

Pertama masuk kamar, tidak ada handuk, tidak ada ambal kaki, Internet TV hilang timbul AC kurang dingin ( mungkin karena listrik masih belum stabil ), lantai kamar mandi licin jika terkena air, bisa membahayakan. Dengan harga permalam hampir 1 jt menurut saya masih belum memuaskan.
