A welcoming stay with wonderful staff

Hotel pulito ed in posizione tranquilla.
Pros:

Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della prima colazione perché siamo partiti dall'hotel molto presto. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole. Il personale è stato gentilissimo. L'hotel si trova in una zona silenziosa e comoda.

Cons:

Il condizionatore è un po' rumoroso. Per il resto tutto Ok.

Pros:

The staff (especially the lady) was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The first day I found hairs on the shower wall, and the crib was provided without a mattress for the baby (just some duvet). The price of the breakfast was fair but I would have expected some discount due to the two mentioned issues. Furthermore, the main lights of the room have the switch outside the room meaning that you have to get out the door.

Posizione comoda, zona hotelera, ma distanti dal caos delle discoteche, personale gentile, parcheggio gratuito all’interno.

Cons:

La struttura è un po’ kitsch, letto troppo morbido per i nostri gusti. La colazione è buona e abbondante però suoi tempi di servizio bisognerebbe intervenire, onestamente eccessivi.

A repeat stay that fell short of expectations due to several maintenance and service issues.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past few years and have always appreciated the comfort and the location. It’s in an area I really enjoy, which is a big reason I’ve continued to return.

Cons:

This most recent stay was noticeably below my previous experiences. The room had several maintenance issues, including a non-functioning light, a soap dispenser that wasn’t working, and a shower with inconsistent pressure and spray. The internet was also very slow and at times unusable.

Access to the property was inconsistent, and I was locked out at the entrance gate on two separate occasions during the day while guests were actively coming and going, which was frustrating.

I also had an uncomfortable interaction with the night guard, who followed me off the property while I was moving luggage and did not approach me until I reached the gate of a nearby building, where he then asked to see my room key while I was still an active guest. This felt unusual and inappropriate.

Additionally, there was an unusual cleanliness issue in a common area during my stay that, while later explained, still affected the overall impression.

Large and comfortable bed. Nice staff and owner, they even let us use the pool after check out.

Cons:

We could only pick from a list of 4 or 5 dishes for breakfast, but the portions were quite generous.
