まずは(宿泊できたことに)ホッとしました
Pros:

予約して泊まる予定だった旅館に誤って別の日で予約をしていた為宿泊できず急遽近辺でホテルを探していたところこちらのホテルが空いていたのでお世話になりました。
急だったにもかかわらずフロントの方も親切で部屋も掃除が行き届いていて大変満足しました。

Pros:

朝食はバイキングではなく、ゆっくりできて良かったです。
朝食のお盆に、紙に書いたメニューが添えられていて、地元の食材が使われていることが分かりました。上品な味付けで、とても美味しかったです。

Cons:

自動チェックインが、分かりにくいと感じました。
自動だから、簡単で時間の短縮になるのだろうと、
思っていましたが、結構時間がかかるなという印象です。
海外の方への対応には、有効なのかもしれません。
