We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we spent the entire day enjoying the property and had such a wonderful experience that we already know we will stay here the next time we visit Puerto Rico.
We first came for breakfast at the restaurant next to the pool, and everything was absolutely delicious. Later, after visiting Caracoles, we returned to spend the afternoon by the pool, which is beautiful and very relaxing. They have shaded daybeds and a great atmosphere. We paid $15 per person for pool access and enjoyed cocktails by the pool all afternoon.
The service at the pool was excellent thanks to two very kind and attentive girls who made us feel truly welcome. In the evening, we changed clothes and went to the rooftop restaurant a couple of buildings down from the hotel, which also belongs to the property. They serve Asian fusion, pizza, and more. The rooftop atmosphere was amazing, and our waiter, Yamil, provided exceptional service.
Everything about the experience made us feel welcomed and relaxed. When we return to Puerto Rico, we will definitely stay at this hotel so we can enjoy the full experience.
They upgraded our room to a King bed. Very central location. Would stay there again.

The bathroom door slides but can’t be locked
Location is great, the hotel is well kept and clean love the decor. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. However I was disappointed that we did not receive VIP service and our complimentary beverage as per our booking through Expedia.
We booked a room with garden view but it was the parking lot.
There was also something with our toilet. We stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal. The food we had was delicious and breakfast was included so it was worth the value.
Staff is friendly and Victoria at the
restaurant was very helpful and explained the compliment drink had been discontinued recently. We had a good night sleep didn't hear any outside noise. Would love to stay again when we visit Puerto Rico.

Amari, Abigail and Nisha were some of the best people we have met at the hotel. Their service and attention to detail was impeccable. My room was always clean and cool upon return every day. The service at the restaurant was amazing and very attentive. We stay here every year for work and will keep coming back as long as they will have us.
