Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was exceptionally clean and conveniently located within walking distance of everything. The service was outstanding, and every employee was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Two lights in bathroom didn’t work so was pretty dark. Could be better lighting in a room, anyway;/

I loved everything about this property. The view from our room balcony was spectacular and provided the perfect setting for a morning cup of coffee or a pre-dinner glass of prosecco.
The pool was great, and the pool bar staff were amazing. They made us feel like family and took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Ian, Paula, "El Mejicano," Jay, and many others whose names I unfortunately cannot recall were always welcoming, greeted us with a smile, and went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
A special mention goes to the front desk staff. Every request we had was met with a smile and a positive attitude. We never heard "no," only "yes" and a genuine willingness to help. Their outstanding customer service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has a lovely aesthetic that makes every corner feel cozy. Everything was very well maintained and the atmosphere is extremely peaceful. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. We would definitely come back and recommend it.

Carlos from isla cueva and Abigail at the hotel were amazing and friendly. Breakfast was included and very good. My fourth time staying here. Downside was how they charge $10 for parking as a guest? I was not happy about that at all. Pool was clean and relaxing. Music was to loud and it was hard to have a conversation with my friends and partner

We had an excellent stay at Parguera Plaza. The location was perfect, the food was great, and the service was truly outstanding. We especially enjoyed our time by the pool, and the live music from the DJ created a lovely atmosphere.
Thanks to Jomaliz Arroyo my stay was very pleasant. She was very polite and attentive to my family. She welcomed us with some coffee. And help us with our every need . And she was very informative with the surrounding areas .

La comida tanto en Isla Cueva y Brújula y el desayuno espectacular y una gran porción al igual que el vino en Don Juan Wine Cellar. Nos encanto la vista q teníamos de la piscina y al mar. El cuarto era muy cómodo y espacioso. El Hotel está en un lugar muy céntrico. Definitivamente volveremos muy pronto. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa❤️ .

A great hotel that we have stayed here many times. Abigail was very helpful with food recommendations. Staff is always friendly and professional.
Unfortunately they now charge for parking while you stay at their own hotel. A pricey hotel and an extra ten dollars a day we all found ridiculous. The pool could use a better cleaning but was clean enough. The included breakfast is always a nice addition to the stay here. We still recommend this hotel in lajas as it is for adults only, but this time there were more young teenagers staying so hopefully it won’t turn into a hang out. Only recommended action is the the music down a little in the pool as we have to yell at each other to hear a normal conversation.
Hotel muy acogedor, bien localizado, limpio, con desayuno completo incluido en el precio, habitaciones cómodas en segunda planta con vista al mar y terrazas, acceso para personas con movilidad limitada. La piscina muy bonita con unas camas cómodas para descansar. Restaurante excelente, buena comida y excelente servicio por parte del personal. Ambiente para adultos!
El domingo cuando llegamos la música estaba demasiado alta en el área de la piscina, me encanta la música, pero debe ser con un volumen agradable al oído y variar los géneros musicales.
