I HATED THIS HOTEL.

Cons:

I booked the hotel through booking.com with two adults and one child (my 14-year-old daughter). The booking.com reservation stated there would be an extra double bed. Upon arrival, we found the room had two single beds. The male receptionist insisted on paying over 1000 lari for a third bed. I argued with him, and he reluctantly provided a third makeshift bed. I slept on that bed, which felt like a plank of wood, for four nights. The hotel advertised a spa on booking.com. The pool is over 100 meters away. There's only one swimming pool. The so-called spa is a small children's pool with no hot water. They call it a jacuzzi, but it's just two small holes trying to spray water that doesn't flow. That was the biggest rip-off. I booked thinking it would have a spa with hot water. The hotel deceived me with misleading advertising. I'm currently filing a complaint with the Georgian Consumer Rights Association. The electrical outlets didn't work the first night. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 PM. Technicians came and went from the room. They didn't check everything beforehand. The bedspread was bloody. It was filthy. The hotel staff were rude, especially the cleaning ladies. When you ask for something, they respond loudly and scoldingly in their own language. The hotel is half an hour away from the city center. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE SPA AND EXPECT A HOT WATER THERMAL HOTEL. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.

اقامة ممتازة لكن خدمة سيئة

الجناح كان ملكي وممتاز جداً ومريح وواسع وكان كل شي بالريموت يشتغل الستائر ودورة المياة تشتغل بالتكنولوجيا وفيه حمام بخار
السعر كان مقبول جداً
الموقع كان جميل امام الحديقة وقريب من مول ايست بوينت 10 د بالسيارة وقريب من محلات وبقاله

عند وصولنا للفندق لم نجد من يحمل حقائبنا وهذا غريب على فندق 5 نجوم وبهذه الفخامه
عند دخولنا للجناح كانت غرفة المعيشه غير نظيفه وفيها بقايا طعام متناثرة بكل مكان في الارض فطلبنا من الاستقبال ان يأتي احد لتنظيفها وجاءت العامله وماقصرت نظفتها
طلبنا ماء اول ماوصلنا وماقصروا جابوا لنا لكن طلبنا اليوم الذي بعده وبعده يأخذونا بالساعات حتى يحضرونه وبعد مكالمات على الاستقبال وخدمة الغرف واليوم الاخير طلبنا ماء ولم يتم احضاره
اذا وصعنا سلة القمامة عند باب الجناح لايأتي اي احد من المسؤولين عن النظافة بأخذه وتفريغ السله لاستخدمها
وقمت بالتواصل مع المسؤولين بالفندق عن طريق رسائل في بكنج استجابوا المرة الاولى والمره الثانيه لم يتم الرد علي وعدم اهتمامهم بالموضوع على ان الجناح الذي تم حجزها اغلى سعر بالفندق فتوقعت ان تكون الخدمة فيه على اعلى مستوى لكن اتوقع ان الادارة في الفندق لاتتابع الموظفين ولا تعرف شي عن الي يحصل بالفندق
