Lovely place to spend time in Isla Morada
Pros:

Right on the beach, spacious accommodations quiet at night.

Cons:

Signage for entrance is difficult to see when driving down from the north. If it were higher it would be easier to see

Unprofessional manic staff

Rooms were updated, location was good

I had a incident with the well known Rebecca, wish I would have read the reviews on her before I booked to stay here. She went off on me in the pool area because she thought I was disrespecting her when in fact I was just wanting her to talk to me about my 13-year-old's behavior instead of her directly talking to my underage son about his behavior. But boy oh boy did she lose her ever loving mind and in front of other hotel guests to boot. She went as far as to ask me what room number I was in and to threaten me that she could end it all! This was the first night and I stayed two nights feeling unsafe at this place because of some loose cannon lady in charge. ALSO the check in clerk needs to NOT hit on single ladies staying in their resort. Just unprofessional all around here.

The suite was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The AC in one of the bedrooms was VERY loud, waking me up repeatedly the first night. Luckily for me, I keep my home thermostat at a high setting. after the first night, I cooled th room for an hour or so before retiring and then turned the unit off for the night.

Every door knob and light switch had a grimy smudge around it - as if it is never wiped down between customers. It was noticeable to me as soon as I opened the door. Also, the dishes and flatware were not clean - bits of egg yolk on some plates and visible schmutz on the flatware.

Get away for two
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was near to restaurants and fun shopping. The beach area is very nice with chairs and the pool is close enough to cool off. For it being an older hotel it is kept very well. I loved hearing the roosters in the morning.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

We love this place! It has been fully renovated and the rooms are nice. There were three of us traveling together and this hotel is perfect for us. Screened in balcony and perfect views of the water! It is quiet and definitely a gem.

Une grande déception !!!!

Rien ! Antipathique!!! Bonjour,
Nous sommes profondément déçues et surtout choquées par l’accueil qui nous a été réservé. Arrivées à 14h50 pour une remise des clés à 15h, nous avons été accueillies de manière froide, antipathique et sans aucune courtoisie.
Nous avions demandé très poliment une chambre calme et, si possible, avec une jolie vue puisque nous célébrons notre anniversaire de mariage. Or, nous avons été placées au bord de l’US-1, avec une circulation extrêmement bruyante, rendant le repos très difficile.
Même pour demander un simple sèche-cheveux absent de la chambre, la personne à l’accueil ne m’a adressé aucun mot, ce qui est particulièrement choquant.
La piscine était également extrêmement bruyante et la plage était occupée par une fête d’anniversaire très bruyante. Nous sommes venues ici pour nous détendre et célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage, et nous avons malheureusement été confrontées à un manque total de calme et de considération.
La chambre est propre, mais cela ne compense absolument pas l’accueil et les conditions de séjour que nous avons subis.lors de notre départ la dame nous salue.
