Nodal Grandkids summer vacay
Pros:

I have been going to Breezy Palms since 1972 I was 3 yrs old when I started going on summer vacations with my grandparents and parents. Today im 57 and im still going. I went with my kids and now I go with my grandchildren. We have been through 3 renovation and its always the most perfect and clean place in the entire keys. Always fair priced and incredibly professional and nice/kind. My family and I recommend it highly. Very spacious rooms, some have full kitchens and today's reno has been the nicest. Pool was also updated to diamond bright. Now the rental boats makes it that much more convenient. Hope my great grandchildren can experience what the rest of the family has experienced.

It's in a good location and it's very quiet

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very high and it caused a muscle contraction in my neck plus the A/C had a noise when it was on

I liked that our rooms were together . I liked the tiki hut

Cons:

I hated the sea weed and iguanas . They pooped all over the sidewalk . No extra towels for 3 days. No housekeeping. Had to go get toilet paper. No pot holders in room to cook. Had to buy so many extra things

Disgusting Breezy Palms Motel….NOT Resort!
Pros:

This place is disgusting and not at all a resort! Their description and online photos are clearly meant to deceive and mislead people into booking at their run down motel! First of all this place is NOT on a beach as stated in their descriptions! There is a very small roped off water area that is full of trash and ocean sludge, and 100% not at all swimmable! There is some sand that was trucked in, but it is full of boat trailers and off of a boat dock with water that is also not swimmable due to the amount of sharks in the water that are attracted to the fish parts that people throw into the water from the fish they are filleting on the dock. The furniture looks like it came from a landfill! The stench is overwhelming and permeates the rooms so strongly it woke us up periodically throughout the night. Fortunately we were only there for 2 nights, and gone the entire day. I tried to get a refund for the 2nd night. However, the manager on duty said, “I have you here now. So why would I give you a refund”? Thankfully the rooms were at least clean. Otherwise we would have just cut our losses and vacated immediately. Regardless, DO NOT BOOK this place or be duped by their online photos and description. It is 100% NOT accurate. I am providing photos that accurately represent this sleazy motel.

Appreciative to All, for All Your Hardwork to Make Our Vacation Experience Serene!
Pros:

We had a horrible experience two nights before at a different location. Breezy Palms hit it out of the park for My husband and I. The Manager, The Staff, The Accommodations and The View.
We both are so Thankful for our time spent with Breezy Palms. We Look forward to staying with you again. Have already shared with our family and friends

Cannot find one negative thing to say.
Everyone was kind, smiling and helpful.
Rooms were very clean. Refreshing to experience and feel that people care about you and your stay. Thank You♡
