Nice place to stay if you’re not looking for a top end hotel. Clean comfortable room.
Pros:

Great location near to university, nightlife and restaurants.

Cons:

There was no terrestrial tv and I had a lot of time to kill. I really wanted to watch the news.

A wonderful stay in Belfast!
Pros:

Good location (10 minute walk to centre)
Clean and comfortable
Large spacious room and bathroom
Great shower
Nice little touches (humour around the room on signs etc…, shampoo/conditioner provided, free bottles of water on check in)
Easy check in and check out
Safe and secure
Great amenities around - shops, bars, cafes etc..
Bag storage if arriving early/leaving late

Cons:

All the complimentary beers were gone when we checked in (we didn’t query this though, so maybe we would have got one if we asked).
Slightly noisy in the evening (until 12pm) but we were made of this before booking and didn’t bother us as we are night owls.

the bed was nice and comfy and i loved the shower!

not much airflow so it got hot very easily but that might just be all of ireland!

Brilliant, fun place to stay with lovely staff
Pros:

Staff were absolutely exceptional. Super friendly and let me check in early. Location is great, around 15 mins walk from the centre. They even give you a free beer for goodness sake!

Cons:

Ever so slightly lively in the evenings so not the quietest but well worth the trade off for the good pub atmosphere downstairs.
