The room was very small. More like a B&B than an hotel.

Lovely place, friendly staff and great dinner.
Beautiful setting and hotel, friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. We will book again in the autumn.
Everything was beautiful, family party was fabulous.
I think a fridge in the room, plus a do not disturb sign would have been good.
Also there were issues with the hot water, plus not much pressure for the shower.
But a beautiful bathroom plus room.

Nothing to dislike!
A lovely hotel with magnificent views overlooking the sea in the distance. We saw amazing sunsets sitting on the patio eating dinner. The restaurant served exceptionally good meals, which were very well presented. We had dinner there both nights because the quality of the food was so good plus it was a drive into Whitstable.
The shower wasn’t particularly clean along the door runners.
Excellent room, very spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good evening meal, served on the terrace with a wonderful view of Whitstable Bay. The same for breakfast.
Unfortunately, while we were there the local water company cut off supplies, this included a large area of Whitstable and surrounding district. This was in no way the fault of the hotel who did their best to mitigate the circumstances by providing us with bottled water. However, we were unable to wash or shower in the morning, or flush the toilet. The quality of the evening meal and breakfast was not affected.
Clean, pleasant, great views, comfy bed
The mattress had a broken spring poking out of the side....needs fixing...fan didnt work on top setting...and really for a room only rate of £253, it was basic. Big plastic bottle of water, no fridge, limited and cheap shower gels. The hotel was great. It boiled down to Value for Money....and this was the bridal suite.....
I have to say the staff were absolutely lovely. Especially Nancy she was so helpful and friendly , would definitely return again.
