Hate it! Make sure i will never book again i tell you that much
Pros:

Nothing. Had roaches. Mold. Bed hard and uncomfortable. Thin pillows. Tub dirty. Not worth the price. Elevator doesn’t work. Staff was good though

It was not to like. Entire place was a bad experience.

Pros:

Not that much.
I was excpecting nothing and get disappointed

Cons:

I came for my birthday and there were no special attentions, even though I mentioned it and no one seems to read the messages properly through the chat despite specific requests.

The elevator was out of service, and I had to change rooms three times in less than 20 minutes, going up and down each time which was very inconvenient.

The equipment was not working properly, including the air conditioning. There was also a bad smell in the hallway.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

I would not recommend this place.

Awesome stay!
Pros:

I booked to stay here for a concert this weekend. And the location was very convenient to where I needed to be. Fast food places nearby. My room was comfy for me no issues. Maurice works the night shift was awesome! I lost my key at 4:14am and Maurice was available to assist me. He had the best attitude about helping me. Staff here are very friendly. Will be back if concert comes back to Orlando.

Cons:

Urine smell in the hallway, broken window shades, sticky stove area, it felt like a very horrible motel in a not desirable area. Do not recommend and will not return to this place!

Outdated rooms our first room we were locked out of and they couldn’t change the batteries in the door mechanism. So we had to move to another room and that one smelled like cigarettes, the bed was broken and half the outlets didn’t work in the house

Pros:

That it had a full refrigerator and microwave.

Cons:

The place smelled like dirty dogs especially in the stairwell. The bed was not comfortable and they didn’t have any extra pillows.
