Good choice
Pros:

I am a long stay resident and have had an good experience staying here. Only complaint is the elevator going out on occasion and the ongoing bug problem. The staff is attentive and address all issues as needed.

Hotel service is very bad. I stay this hotel Meximum 1 hour. They change two rooms. First room flash not working. Second room not clean. Hairs on bed sheets. After I check out

Here for an extended period of time
Pros:

Walking distance to various restaurants and grocery stores. Also within walking distance to Rosemont Preserve if you are looking for a scenic waterfront view. Driving you are about 5 mins from the RDV Sportsplex, 20 mins from Altamonte Springs Mall, 20 mins from downtown Orlando(both places depending on time of day including traffic specially on I4, 30 mins from the theme parks, definitely check out International Drive they have a slew of shops, stores and various activities for singles/couples/families. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff keep it very clean and tidy. Angela one of the front desk staff/managers is nice and helpful, the GM(General Manager) Mike is very pleasant and professional. Overall not a bad place to stay and affordable contrary to what reviews I've seen on Google.

Pros:

I was staying here for a little over a month for business. Real great stay. Dee at the desk was a pleasure my whole stay and he's great to everybody. Angie is super knowledgeable about the policies and is always helpful. Mari laid back, cool, and still super efficient and great with handling any questions or concerns. This is all led by great management, from Michael. It's a clean property, no pest issues, room was a legit studio, whole staff friendly, and the property is safe. I will definitely stay again for biz in the future. Thank you for making me feel at home throughout my stressful work! God bless!
