A special find in Florence
Pros:

Our family loved our stay here! Perfect for two parents and two teens. Location is unbeatable and check-in process with friendly Sophia got everything off to a great start. Rooftop balcony is a nice bonus too.

Cons:

Water pressure in shower wasn't great, but that's pretty common in Italy.

Wonderfully artistic
Pros:

Great location steps away from Duomo and the Accademia. Beautifully decorated large spacious apartment.

Sophia was a great host who is very helpful and fun to talk to.

Better than advertised.
Pros:

The property was better than the pictures. Much better and the pics were good. Also, the communication with management (Sophia) was excellent. She even met us to show the amenities.

High-end apartmentaccommodation beautifully located
Pros:

Lovely spacious well appointed apartment with a bathroom while small much better than others experienced in Italy due to modernisation of the facility. Fabrizio met us on arrival and could not have been more efficient, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Some mosquitoes were present in the rooms
