Wonderfully artistic
Pros:

Great location steps away from Duomo and the Accademia. Beautifully decorated large spacious apartment.

Sophia was a great host who is very helpful and fun to talk to.

Better than advertised.
Pros:

The property was better than the pictures. Much better and the pics were good. Also, the communication with management (Sophia) was excellent. She even met us to show the amenities.

High-end apartmentaccommodation beautifully located
Pros:

Lovely spacious well appointed apartment with a bathroom while small much better than others experienced in Italy due to modernisation of the facility. Fabrizio met us on arrival and could not have been more efficient, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Some mosquitoes were present in the rooms

Pros:

The place was very clean, the location was virtually unbeatable, our hostess was very nice, plenty of space, well stocked, heated floor tiles were a bonus. Communication very simple.

Cons:

If there were anything that I were to be not 100% on, the bed was kind of hard. Absolutely not a deal-breaker considering the value, location, friendliness and cleanliness of the location.

Great spacious apartment, excellent location and would stay here again.
Pros:

The apartment is perfectly located and easy walk to every part of Florence. The check in team were brilliant, and the hospitality very warm. The cleanliness of the apartment was spotless and would happily stay here again for my next visit to Florence.

Cons:

For those that enjoy cooking - a limited range of equipment, but adequate for most people. I would still stay here again regardless.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—quick and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again.
