Professionelle Grundreinigung empfohlen!
Pros:

Äußerer Eindruck gepflegt und gut.
Lage in 2. Reihe zum Strand.
Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl.
Zimmergröße gut bis ausreichend, Zimmer hell und freundlich, da viele Fenster.

Cons:

Ungewöhnlich und gewöhnungsbedürftig müssen Frühstückseier vom Gast selbst zubereitet werden, Kochtopf, Grillplatte und Utensilien stehen hierzu parat.
Vom Strand in 2. Reihe getrennt von der gut befahrenen Strasse mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse.
Abgewohnter Teppichboden in beiden Zimmern mit Flecken und muffiger Geruch in beiden Zimmern.
Fenster nicht auf Kipp- Stellung zu öffnen.
Viel staubige Flächen ( Fensterbänke, Ablagen, Schrank, Fernseher, etc) und fremde Haare überall, insbesondere im Bad.
Kühlschrank schmutzig, für Getränkeflaschen/-dosen ok, offene Lebensmittel bedenklich.
Dusche sehr eng, Bad allerdings mit Fenster zum Lüften.
Klinke an Flurtür lose/defekt, Tür massiv zugestaubt (s. Foto).
Ein großer, übervoller Wäschekorb mit schmutzigen Handtüchern stand bei Anreise und immer noch bei Abreise neben der Treppe und Aufzug im Flur beim Rezeptionstresen.
Krümel und klebrige Flecken auf Stühlen im Restaurant auch nach 4 Tagen noch unverändert vorhanden.
Betreiberpaar ist hoffnungslos überfordert. Zu zweit ist so ein Hotelbetrieb 24/7 nachvollziehbar leider nicht zu stemmen.

Plezierig verblijf; prima locatie zo vlak aan de boulevard.
Pros:

Gezellig ontbijt; vriendelijke bediening. Gedateerd hotel vlak aan zee/boulevard. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Pros:

Man ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten am Meer. Das Hotel ist direkt an einer Strasse, nachts war es aber ruhig.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Pros:

Super Lage. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Man kann überall kostenlos parken. Wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Die Badezimmer waren renoviert. Der Raum zum Chillen ist total schön und der Außenbereich ist nett gemacht. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzbar

Cons:

Der Teppich in den Zimmern. Wir waren zu Dritt da und hatten jeweils ein Zimmer. Was soll ich sagen. Der Teppichboden in den Zimmern ist echt ekelhaft. Es scheint alles renoviert zu sein. Warum man nicht neue Böden rein gemacht hat, verstehen wir nicht.
