The hotel staff were amazing. So professional and helpful. Everyone was extremely kind and helped with every detail. From booking tours to helping me with installing a SIM card. The location was perfect. The room was both comfortable and beautiful. The on site restaurant was great and the breakfast was a highlight with such amazing food and again wonderful service.
Ms. Tracy was a life saver. She assisted us with our visa applications and booking private transportation for our entire vacation, not just in Hanoi. I highly recommend them.

De ligging middenin Old Quarter en toch rustig. Het bed is fantastisch. De medewerkers zijn enorm behulpzaam.
Lovely staff, great brekky and very comfy beds! Central location, easy to walk all around Hanoi old quarter from the hotel. They also upgraded our room which was a treat.
