Highly recommend staying here. It was superb all.

An amazing oasis in Hanoi
Pros:

Our stay at Peridot was the highlight of our visit to Vietnam. It is a beautiful property with everything needed for a luxurious stay. The team are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Nothing was ever a problem and their recommendations of where to eat, visit and shop were always amazing. Jadee and Annes were especially kind and offered help always!

Exceptional hotel in a great location with amazing staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms and amazing location! The staff are amazing and so helpful. Specifically want to mention Jadee who went above and beyond to help myself and my partner when we needed to go to the hospital, organising the grab for us, checking in to see if we were ok and sending ginger tea up to the room. The customer service is absolutely exceptional! We will definitely be back to this hotel!
