La sobriété du luxe, l’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Chambres équipées de tout confort (choisissez la chambre avec balcon, une occasion pour voir d’en haut le Vieux Quartier). Le petit dej au 11 étage dans le silence et la paix est extraordinaire.
The staff really care about the guests and made a lot of effort to make us feel comfortable and welcome! The location is incredible and makes exploring so easy. Plus the concierge always help with finding your taxi or pointing you in the right direction.
The shower is one where you stand in a bath so could be a bit hard to get in and out of.

Breakfast selection was good. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are a little on the small side but manageable. Location is the best .
We thought by looking at the photos there was a pool . But it turned out to be a big spa pool . Not a deal breaker , as the rooms air conditioning was excellent.
A beautiful hotel in a great location with wonderful friendly staff. I was lucky enough to have some good chats with Hieu and Hung. They truely care about the customer experience in and outside of the hotel. They want you to love Hanoi the way they do and are full of great suggestions! Wish I stayed longer in Hanoi because there was too much to do and not enough time!

Het personeel was fantastisch, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Verder is het een mooi hotel met een luxe uitstraling, goede airco, lekker bed, fijne bar.
Ik wist dat we kamers hadden zonder ramen dus dit was absoluut niet verwijtbaar, maar we voelden ons toch een beetje claustrofobisch daarin. Vlg keer zou ik een andere kamer boeken.
