I had a great stay
Pros:

The staffs are friendly and helpful and the location is right in the centre of commercial centre

Breakfast is great
A lot of choice and is presented in a nice way

Cons:

The the water that come out of the shower heads and the taps at the sinks - going all over the place and splashing to the floor

Everything is perfect.
Pros:

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, unique building design and decor, the top floor bar and restaurant are excellent. All the staff provide 5-star level service. Commendation to Mia, the breakfast Restaurant manager, even guests turned up after breakfast time finished, she still served them. Hazel at the reception made you feel very welcoming, attended to details, very thoughtful, definitely performing at 5-star hotel level. Linh Tran at the reception was very helpful and got solutions to the issues that arose. The hotel is the tallest in the vicinity, so the roof top and restaurant have a great view.

Pros:

It was beautiful, clean and great location!! Our flight was delayed and the reception stayed on to check us in at 4am. The staff was lovely and so helpful and accommodating I would stay here again 100% and highly recommend :)
