Pros:

Such a beautiful place with the most beautiful and incredible staff.
Marika, Lisa, Suzie, Molly and just everybody make the place what it is.
Such an amazing team of staff that makes you welcome and like a big family.

Not worth the money spent.
Pros:

The food was good staff was friendly.

Cons:

To start with was $150 bond which i was unaware. Had to ask at reception for a light not working, no TV remote and a dent on the door so wouldn't get charged for it. Service was a bit slow. The beds were firm and the milk offered was spoilt so couldn't have a morning coffee.

Had to call reception to ask for soap and got a measly tiny piece. No other stuff like other places. Remote fot tv did not eork. King size bed felt like it had two mattresses pushed together as there was a ridge down the middle

Short and sweet
Pros:

Room was clean. Not as noisy as I thought it might be. Staff very helpful. Good value for money. Supermarket is also close by to hotel.

Cosy and good value for money.
Pros:

Beautiful staff members! The receptionists were very lovely. I had two simple requests and they obliged straight away.
We like the area this motel is in. The bus to the city and the beach is just outside the motel. The meals were great value for money....generous, well cooked, and not overpriced.

Cons:

This was our second stay at this hotel. This time our room was on top of the bottle shop. Unfortunately the refrigeration units can be a bit noisy and don't give up at night!

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The shower was broken, and when I informed the staff, they told me to use another room’s shower instead. The receptionist even told me to hold the shower by hand and use it if I wanted, which was very unprofessional. The room was not clean, smelled bad, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Value but not perfect.
Pros:

Staff was helpful, and the rooms were functional.

Cons:

The neighbouring room I had had thin walls..could hear everything on the Friday night. Very noisy.. however staff did rectify it when I complained. Also I could have my window open due to the constant hum of the air conditioning units outside.
