Great location and clean rooms, but staff misconduct, cash only policy!

Great location, clean rooms, and thanks to Aman and another Turkish staff member for their kindness and professionalism.

My previous review was positive about this hotel But this time was horrible!

The elevator was shaking dangerously every time it was used, and it took nearly 5 minutes to reach the 4th floor. The cleaning staff also did not allow guests to use the elevator while they were cleaning.

Especially one Turkmen staff member, whose name was probably Mohammed Ismailkhil. I've never encountered someone so unprofessional, disrespectful, and, in my experience, discriminatory in the hospitality sector. If something is against the hotel's policy, it can be communicated politely. Instead, he was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Finally, the hotel does not mention anywhere that they do not accept card payments. They only accept cash. If you don't have cash, it becomes the customer's responsibility to arrange it somehow. They simply don't seem to care about the inconvenience. Even if you are unable to manage cash immediately, they may raise their voices and make the situation very uncomfortable. So, please be careful before booking.

Standard adekwatny do niskiej ceny, dobre miejsce na kilka dni pobytu, żeby tylko się przespać, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, bliskość sklepów, restauracji oraz stacji autobusowej
