Il y a des places de parking devant l’hôtel nous nous sommes garés en pensant bien faire finalement on a pris une amende car les résidents de l’hôtel ne peuvent pas s’y garer la réception aurait pu nous prévenir lors de notre arrivée à mon avis nous devons pas être les seuls à se faire avoir.
Arrivée dans notre chambre la climatisation été en panne la réception à jouer les étonnés alors qu’ils devaient être au courant sachant qu’il y avait un ventilateur dans la chambre pour dépanner.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Tolle Unterkunft für ein paar Tage in Lissabon! Wunderschöne Stadt, jederzeit wieder!

Sehr nettes Personal, es war sehr gut gelegen, nicht direkt unten im Zentrum und trotzdem noch zentral, schnell am Flughafen, Tolle Dachterrasse, sehr große Betten, saubere Zimmer, alles top! Toller Rooftop Pool

A única coisa que vale realmente a pena é o bar junto á piscina.

Cons:

Na primeira estadia tive de trocar de quarto porque encontrei uma barata enorme a passear no quarto.
Comuniquei á receção o ocorrido e foram logo extremamente prestáveis (funcionários sempre foram impecáveis) e trocaram-me de quarto dizendo que até era melhor do que o primeiro.
Para meu espanto o quarto ainda era mais fraco e não conseguia regular a temperatura do chuveiro. Em pleno Julho tive de tomar banhos com água bem quente!!
No fim da estadia entraram em contacto comigo a pedir desculpa pelo sucedido e ofereceram-me uma noite grátis.

Quando voltei a deslocar-me ao hotel para usufruir dessa noite grátis, deparo-me outra vez com uma barata no quarto e o chuveiro tinha um cheiro nojento, que quase parecia cheira a urina... No mesmo momento, fiz as malas e vim embora informando na receção o porquê e dizendo que deviam melhorar urgentemente os níveis de higiene.

Hotel de 4*, na minha opinião, muito fraco.. Já tive em alguns hotéis em Lisboa, supostamente mais fracos, e nunca me aconteceu nada semelhante, ainda mais por duas vezes.

Bardzo komfortowy hotel w świetnej lokalizacja. Jakość adekwatna do ceny.
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, spokojna okolica, blisko metra i parków. Miła obsługa. Duży, ładnie urządzony pokój. Wygodne łóżko. Taras na dachu z basenem i barem.

Cons:

Nowy hotel a miejscami robi wrażenie nadmiernie zużytego (poplamiona wykładzina na korytarzu), brudne ściany w pokoju. Średnie wyposażenie siłowni i popsute maszyny.
