Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la propreté des chambres , la belle piscine sur le toit, l'excellent petit déjeuner et la gentillesse du personne. L'hôtel était également situé pas trop loin du centre , accessible facilement en Uber

Cons:

Il serait plus pratique que la douche dans la chambre fasse partie de la salle de bain , et lit ajouté dans la chambre double pourrait être plus confortable

Do not recommend. Looks nice in the surface but a lot of hygiene issues and unreasonable hotel manager.

Just the location and how it looks ok the surface

Cons:

Extremely big problems with hygiene. Aircon was not working in the first room, we got changed to a second room and found cockroaches. Got moved to a third room and both me and my partner got skin rashes from the towels and the air vents were mouldy, causing us both to have respiratory issues while there. The manager of the hotel, Miguel Carvalho, was notified but we were dismissed and only offered two nights of refund out of six..instead we kept being send random amnesties which we did not ask for.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

L’excellent petit déjeuner. La literie confortable. La chambre spacieuse. La piscine avec la vue. Le calme de l’hotel.

Très déçu de cette hôtel car c’était notre second passage dans cette établissement.
Pros:

Agréable accueil

Cons:

Les chambres sont abimé, griffure sur les murs, une des étagère de la chambre était carrément dévisser et pendait, la mousse du sommier s’en vas, draps troué et table sur le balcon qui s’effrite.

Okay but won't book again.
Pros:

Nice views from the top floor, good breakfast although a bit boring (stayed there 3 nights, the only thing that changed over the days was some pastry). Everything in the room is operated electronically (including the shower - it was a funny experience).

Cons:

The hotel has for sure a higher standard (guess thus the name) but it's not well taken care of. In my room there was missing a door from the mini bar and also the ones that separate bedroom from the entrance and bathroom area - this was particularly annoying because of the noise from bathroom/shower. The massive balcony door was scratching the floor making it hard to open.

The rooftop area is made nicely - but again not taken care of, planks on the sunbathing deck were coming out, lots of dead plants, tiles missing in the swimming pool (which by the way is green, not clear blue like in the pictures), also jacuzzi was out of order, judging by the cover for a long time.

I didn't spend much time in the hotel otherwise I would be rather disappointed by the standard and atmosphere. In my opinion this kind of establishment should be adults only. There's plenty of family friendly hotels in the city if you want to present yourself as a higher class business hotel offering people a stylish and comfortable retreat in the city centre, screaming kids at the pool and breakfast are far from this picture. You can do better ;)

Modern, comfortable and a touch of luxury.
Pros:

The room was lovely, good layout and modern with large comfortable bed. The air con was very much appreciated. The roof top bar and pool were perfect and breakfast was good too. The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging our airport transfer for the middle of the night.

Cons:

The light switches and shower controls were difficult to work out how to use. More like pot luck and so we ended up with a cold shower on the first day. Although the room was lovely and quiet the building work at the property opposite which started at 8am was a bit of a let down, but not within the control of the hotel and a temporary issue.

Comfortabele kamers met leuke bar en zwembad.

Uitgebreid ontbijt. Perfect geïsoleerde kamers die zorgen voor een goede nachtrust.

Cons:

Het personeel was niet altijd gemotiveerd om je te helpen.

W miarę duży pokuj. Miły personel i pomocny.

Cons:

Zepsuty taras i pasujące się leżaki przy basenie. Toaleta przy restauracji na dole bardzo słabo się prezentowała.
