A smokers' Paradise - not coming back here for sure.
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The facility was generally speaking outdated with the 2 elevators that can only take up to 2 people. Food was ok.

The worst part was the amount of people who smoked EVERYWHERE! Maybe this is a Bulgarian thing, not unique to this hotel. However, people were smoking even on the pool side where non-smoking signs were up, dropping ashes on the floor, disgusting. They won't stop smoking even if you tell them, and no hotel person will question them. If it's allowed to smoke, you might as well REMOVE the non-smoking sign as it creates a false hope for those who do not like to be surrounded by smokes. Seriously. I felt pretty sick by inhaling smokes.

Tetőtéri szobát kaptunk, kényelmes tágas, a napkelte gyönyörű az erkélyről.

Cons:

Egy konnektort találtunk a szobában és picit por szag volt, egyébként minden rendben!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it! Everything was a perfect 10/10. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.

The all-inclusive service exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. Every meal was fresh, tasty, and there was something for everyone.

The swimming pool was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and ideal for a stress-free vacation.

Overall, this was a fantastic holiday experience. This hotel truly deserves a 10/10 rating, and I would definitely come back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent all-inclusive hotel with a great pool and outstanding service.

Cons:

The beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, with some stairs along the way. However, it was actually nice to get a little exercise before and after meals. 😁😁😁

Прилично, но не отлично. Имаше всичко необходимо за приятен престой, чистота, разнообразие и добри условия, реновиран.

Cons:

Паркингът отзад, който избрахме заради по-ниска цена без да сме го видели, беше изключително тесен и неподходящ за броя автомобили там. Според мен с един брой по-малко автомобили ще има пространство. Имах следа на вратата от съседната кола, явно като са си отваряли в тясното вратите и се е опряла в моята.
Храната е с базово качество, макар и разнообразна.

Experiența a fost destul de neplăcută. Personalul nu vorbește engleză, ceea ce a făcut comunicarea aproape imposibilă. Servirea a fost extrem de intruzivă: farfuriile erau luate imediat ce puneam furculita jos, iar ospătarii stăteau deasupra noastră și ne urmăreau obsesiv paharele, așteptând să terminăm băutura. Ne-am simțit presați să plecăm tot timpul
