Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations! Everything was greatl, from tasty food and comfortable, spacious rooms to the friendly and attentive staff. We had a fantastic stay here.

Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le professionnalisme du personnel. Les chambres ont été très propre nous remercions le personnel de l'entretien. Le personnel de l'accueil a été aussi d'une grande aide durant notre séjour. Magnifique vu de la chambre.

Cons:

Le restaurant de l'hôtel, nous avions pris la formule tout compris, à refaire nous la reprendrons pas car les repas était très répétitifs et le petit déjeuner il n'y avait rien de sucré que j'ai aimé je n'ai pas du tout apprécié.
L'emplacement était aussi décevant car trop loin de la plage, le chemin retour était compliqué avec des enfants en bas âge car il y a une grosse montée.

No volvería. Ni siquiera el bajo precio lo justifica.
Pros:

Aunque el hotel estaba lleno, no se sentía abrumador: había sificientes reposeras en la piscina y no era necesario esperar turno para comer.
La gran cantidad de niños no hizo del hotel un lugar ruidoso.
Tiene tres ascensores, por lo que el movimiento es dinámico.

Cons:

La habitación estaba sucia cuando llegamos: si bien lucía prolija y ordenada, había por todas partes cabellos de huéspedes anteriores y no se sentían realmente limpios ni el cuarto ni el baño.

Fuimos con sistema de todo incluído como cada año. Ni en Phapos, ni en Creta, ni en Rodas, y ni siquiera en Burgas nos pasó que a las 11 de la mañana de nuestro último día nos quiten el derecho de acercarnos al bar o al comedor, siendo que nuestro vuelo salía en la tarde y particularmente que estábamos con un bebé de un año. "Solo pueden utilizar la piscina y los baños; de alimento y bebida, nada".
El personal de recepción es antipático, pero esta política es una órden que viene desde arriba y un factor más y muy importante que resta en la fidelización del cliente y en las recomendaciones a potenciales huéspedes futuros.

Totul a fost ok, camera cu vedere la mare si spațioasă, curățenia peste tot, spațiu foarte frumos, mâncarea diversitate, sala de mese aranjata cum trebuie,
