- La posizione: troppo lontana da tutto,
- Arredi vecchi (sedia massaggi mezza rotta, qualche buco nei muri, attacco di fili elettrici sul pavimento)
- il personale , pur essendo molto gentile non capiva nulla.
- la colazione: ogni giorno la stessa e non buonissima

Its a bit strange how they dont actually have a breakfast area and breakfast is very limited.

The room was smelly from cigarettes. The furniture were cleaned, but they were stained everything in that hotel was just awkward and really not nice.
We needed to leave early and we asked for a refund because they didn’t provide us then on smoking room and I have asthma when booking the hotel I didn’t know that the hotel offers smoker and non-smoker rooms because it didn’t stay on the site.
It’s been a month since our day and we didn’t hear back from the hotel at all. The location is not good far away from everything. if the hotel was nice The location wouldn’t really matter but in that case there’s nothing we liked about this hotel, stay away.

The main issue with this property is not even the concept itself, but the complete lack of transparency in the listing on Booking.com.

There is no clear indication that this is a love hotel, which is very misleading. Guests should be properly informed about the type of accommodation they are booking, as this significantly affects the overall experience.

The condition of the room was also very poor. There was a strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke everywhere — in the room, in the towels, and even in the face towels. It felt like nothing had been properly aired out or cleaned.

Cleanliness overall was far below expectations. The room was dusty, surfaces were not properly cleaned, and it did not feel like a hygienic environment. It gave the impression that regular deep cleaning is not being done.

Breakfast was also very minimal. It consisted of a small portion of fish, a very small bowl of soup (around 150 ml), approximately 100 grams of rice, and a drink of choice, served directly in the room. The portions were not filling and felt quite limited.

This is not about personal preference — it’s about basic standards and accurate representation. If the nature of the hotel and the actual room conditions had been clearly stated, I would have never booked this property.

Given the misleading nature of the listing and the overall experience, I believe this situation deserves proper attention and a fair resolution from the platform

Trop excentre par rapport aux sites touristiques classiques - pas de métro proche ou trop loin . Peu de restaurants proches - personnel ne parlant pas l’anglais. Pas moyen de prendre le petit déjeuner dans une salle à manger. Entrée de l’hôtel peu claire quand on arrive à pied, seul accès par les parkings et aucune indication en anglais. Petit déjeuner arrivé trop tôt dans le casier à côté de la chambre par rapport au réveil donc déjà froid quand on s’est réveillé (il fallait donner une heure à l’avance, même si on ne savait pas quand on se réveillerait avec le décalage horaire). Plus approprie pour des couples japonais locaux

Es roch überall nach Rauch, der in der Klimaanlage feststeckt. Mittlerweile ist es wohl ein Nichtraucherhotel und die Möbel, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind okay, aber der alte Rauchgeruch hängt trotzdem ständig in der Luft. Klimaanlage an war keine Option.
Es ist ein Stundenhotel und auf dem Boden vor dem Bett gab es Flecken die der Fantasie freien Lauf ließen. Auch viele Haare im Bad die nicht zu uns gehörten.
Die Lage ist recht abgeschieden, man läuft ca 15 min bis zur nächsten Bahn und ist an einem schwer befahrenen Autobahnkreuz. Nichts für lärmempfindliche.
