Pas d’informations lors de l’arrivée sur les possibilités de l’hotel : restaurant, spa, piscine, bar etc….
De plus pas moyen de changer mes dates pour mon prochain séjour….pas commercial du tout !!!

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe du Kenzi Sidi Maarouf Casablanca pour son accueil exceptionnel, son professionnalisme et la qualité irréprochable de ses services. Le confort de l’hôtel a rendu mon séjour particulièrement agréable.

Une mention spéciale à M. Taha Karim, Front Office Manager, dont la gentillesse, l’écoute et le sens du service font toute la différence. Son leadership se reflète dans l’excellence de toute son équipe, toujours souriante, disponible et attentive aux moindres détails.
