A localização do hotel é muito boa e o café da manhã também é ótimo! Bem completo.

Cons:

O ar-condicionado do hotel não funciona. Passamos muito calor. Pedi para trocar de quarto, mas o problema era o mesmo em todas as unidades. Você coloca o termostato em 14, 16, 18 e nada muda. O quarto que peguei tinha bastantes marcas de umidade (infiltração do andar de cima) e teias de aranha no teto.

The property was good and in a central location, if you want a direct taxi or take a walk to get a city Taxi.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Loubna and Khaoula.

Pros:

Every time I come to Casablanca, this is the hotel i choose. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, it’s very clean, it has a good location and the staff is very polite and friendly. Great value for money given the standard of the hotel! Will be back for sure

Pros:

Room was good.

Cons:

Asked for iron and ironing board but none came. On second to last day the room wasn't completely cleaned.
Swimming pool didn't appear to be open.

Dopo una serie di disavventure nel soggiorno precedente, la struttura mi accoglie alle 23.00 circa comunicandomi che a causa di problemi con alcune camere sarei stata spostata in un hotel vicino. Nonostante la gentilezza con cui la comunicazione è stata condivisa, la camera dell'altro hotel non era all'altezza delle aspettative e ho perso 30 minuti la mattina seguente per farmi riportare all'altro hotel. Il cliente non dovrebbe essere costretto a spostamenti senza alcun preav, soprattutto quando è in trasferta per lavoro

Un séjour qui a mal débuté mais qui s’est révélé parfait grâce à Mme Asmaa.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était copieux avec un large choix. Personnel aux petits soins.
Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propre, la literie et le linge de lit et de bain parfait. Un plus pour les produits d’hygiène proposé (savon, gel douche, shampooing) qui sentent divinement bons.

Cons:

Les chambres étaient spacieuses et de qualité un petit bémol pour la chambre 612 qui se trouve sous la piscine le bruit de la pompe m’a vraiment dérangé pour dormir mais une solution rapide a été trouvée pour y remédier grâce a mr Khalid et Mme Asma qui pour moi sont vraiment des éléments clés de l’hôtel. Une réactivité et une gentillesse sans pareil. Vraiment merci, grâce à eux j’ai pu passer un séjour reposant après de longues journée de travail.

nel complesso ottimo soggiorno da consigliare specie per viaggi business.

colazione media, camere molto bene anche se qualche problema con porta doccia e porta balconcino, abbisognano di manutenzione. Piscina non vista. Buona reazione per mia richiesta di intervento su problemi pulsanti wc.

illuminazione corridoi. password wifi indicata sbagliata sul cartellino camera. migliorabile la disposizione stoviglie e posate per la colazione.

Chambre confortable et agréable, Petit déjeuner copieux, même s'il a fallu réclamer un peignoir supplémentaire et du gel douche.... l'hotel était à proximité du lieu de notre rendez-vous, facile d'accès.

Cons:

Personnel pas encore formé ou en formation. Notre reservation était garantie par une carte de crédit internationale, mais nous avons choisi un paiement sur place à l'hotel. Nous nous sommes présenté à l'hotel exactement à midi et avons demandé de régler la facture pour les 2 chambres que nous avions réservées. On nous a répondu que ce n'était pas necessaire et que le réglement se ferait à la fin du séjour. L'employé a repris l'empreinte de notre carte nationale, mais le lendemain au moment de payer nous avons été surpris d'apprendre qu'un prélèvement a été fait sur notre carte internationale 2 heures avant notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié ce comportement. Au moins fallait-il nous consulter puisque l'hotel disposait de notre contact direct.

Ho chiesto di prenotare un taxi per il mattino presto, per questioni di lavoro. Nonostante la conferma mi sia stata data, alle 6.00 del mattino successivo non risultava alcun taxi prenotato. Ho rischiato di perdere un treno a causa di ciò. Successivamente, mi è stato fatto pagare l'importo del mio soggiorno dalla struttura, nonostante avessi spiegato di averlo già fatto tramite l'app di booking.
