NACHTMERRIE

Wat een nachtmerrie. Er zijn zoveel dingen die ik kan benoemen, maar diefstal vind ik het ergste.

Op de derde dag van ons verblijf ontdekte ik namelijk dat ik een make-upproduct ter waarde van €50 miste. Ik heb vervolgens de hele kamer doorzocht, zowel mijn eigen spullen als die van mijn man, maar het product was nergens te vinden.

De dag ervoor had ik, voordat wij de kamer verlieten, mijn make-up gedaan. Daarna heb ik al mijn make-upproducten netjes opgeborgen in mijn make-uptas en deze op de wastafel in de badkamer gelegd. Toen wij die avond terugkwamen, viel het mij op dat mijn make-uptas was verplaatst en bovendien dichtgeritst was. Dat vond ik vreemd, omdat ik mijn make-uptas nooit dichtrits. Op dat moment dacht ik nog dat de tas wellicht tijdens het schoonmaken was verplaatst, aangezien de kamer die dag was schoongemaakt. Toch wist ik door het dichtritsen zeker dat iemand aan mijn spullen had gezeten.

Pas de volgende dag, toen ik mij opnieuw wilde opmaken, merkte ik dat het betreffende product ontbrak. Ik weet zeker dat ik het de dag ervoor in mijn make-uptas had gedaan, zoals ik altijd doe. De enige logische conclusie die ik kan trekken, is dat het product is gestolen. Het feit dat ik mijn make-uptas dichtgeritst aantrof terwijl ik deze open had achtergelaten, versterkt voor mij het vermoeden dat iemand mijn tas heeft doorzocht.

Toen ik dit bij de receptie meldde, kreeg ik direct het gevoel dat men mij niet serieus nam. Omdat ik hoogzwanger was, had ik sterk de indruk dat men dacht dat ik het product zelf kwijt was geraakt. Dat vond ik bijzonder teleurstellend en respectloos. Waarom zou ik hierover liegen en mezelf onnodige stress bezorgen? Het gaat mij niet eens zozeer om de waarde van het product, maar vooral om het principe. Je moet erop kunnen vertrouwen dat je persoonlijke eigendommen blijven liggen waar je ze hebt achtergelaten.

Un séjour exceptionnel et de qualité
Pros:

C'était parfait merci encore à madame Asmaa Bahri pour son sens du détail et du relationnel. Merci également à toute l'équipe que ce soit du rooftop au restaurant et l'entretien. De l'accueil au check out j'ai passé un séjour très agréable. La literie est de très bonne qualité, on y dort comme à la maison 🙂
