The room and location was good. The receptionist was not good. The parking was difficult due to a car stuck in the way.

Over all good but valet is very bad.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. Pool was nice.

Cons:

Valet left my windows down and my vehicle unlocked. I called and left several messages and no one would return my call. That was a month ago. Exercise equipment was not in good condition or missing pieces.

The staff was exceptional, the rooms very clean and comfortable, and the valet was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

They’ve taken my deposit and I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for it back with no response!!! Very upset by this after the lady on the front desk said the full deposit will be sent back straight away. I feel let down by the hotel.
