Very convenient when there is an event at Key Bank Center! Super comfortable bed abd room! Clean!
Price for a weekday was high.
Food at restaurant was cold
Exceptional stay from start to finish. Korey was a shining light who made our stay wonderful, helped us at check in and became our trusted advisor for all things Buffalo. When we told him we were going to shovel snow at the old Highmark stadium, he arranged for toe warmers, snacks, local beers and some other treats to be brought to us which totally surprised us and absolutely made our stay. The club lounge was great for breakfasts, snacks and drinks. The food and cocktails in Panorama on Seven were of an excellent quality, specifically the Allentown and Loganberry vibes. Rooms were clean and fresh with a great view of the waterfront and lighthouse area. Looking forward to staying here again next time I am in Buffalo.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We were given a wonderful room on the 18th floor with fantastic views of the entire Canalside area and the waterfront, day and night. The location is in the heart of the Canalside area with easy minutes walk to several restaurants, boat rides, Key Center, naval museum, park areas, etc.
The staff is absolutely stellar, without exception. Our dinner at Panorama on Seven was delicious with probably the best server we've ever had - I wish I remembered her name,

The location is great, however, the lobby the elevator availability, and the gym are in shambles with renovations. This will be nice once it is complete but probably worth staying elsewhere until late 2026 once everything is complete.
The reviews on the lounge are favorable. I would agree that it is visually very nice and the staff in the lounge is a highlight. The food quality is middle of the road compared to other peoperties and the coffee maker was broken.
There was a direct entrance into the Key Bank Center which is why we chose this hotel. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptional.
A bit expensive, but worth it that we didn't have to travel anywhere after the concert.

This hotel is connected to the keybank area, parking garage, southern tier brewery, and tim Hortons. Can access this all without going outside. Walking distance from the casino and Buffalo river works(15-20 minutes depending how fast you walk.
I have no complaints, place is clean and staff is friendly.
