Hotel Library reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. In case of a nonrefundable booking, the total price of the reservation may be charged any time after booking. It will be charged in the guest's local currency.

If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling.

Bon hôtel 3* très bien situé
Pros:

Bon hôtel, très correct pour un 3*, chambre confortable, à 5’ à pied de la gare Centraal (ou 1 arrêt de bus). Très bonne alternative pour 1-2 nuits.

Ok for one night but sadly we couldn’t get any breakfast because it was too early and they didn’t want to do any special

Lack of AC during hot weather made stay unbearable.

Nice location, 2 out of three good desk people, big room, no air condition, and repetitive breakfast

I liked the location. It was near everything by foot. That was a plus. The size of the room was also good.

Cons:

Firstly, the room was not air conditioned and I was given a small fan, which did not make things better. Secondly, th refrigerator in the room did not work and when replaced, the replacement refrigerator did not get very cool, so, I could not use it. Initially, I told the younger guy at the front desk but without even looking up, he said, there was nothing he could and that I could put my items in their personal fridge.. The older manager, I spoke to the next morning, said that they would replace the fridge, which they did, but the second fridge was barely above just a tiny bit cool. Thirdly, the elevator situation was a bit shocking, in order to use it you have to keep your hand on the button of the floor that you needed. And Lastly, the breakfast was repetitive, I was there for 7 days and 6 nights, and the breakfast items were the same: Watery eggs, vegetarian beans, the same two cheeses, the same 2 cold cuts..etc. and it was one room that had air condition.

Bueno para una noche
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, esta cerca de la estación principal, barrio rojo y centro de la ciudad. La habitación tenía baño privado lo que se agradece. Cuando llegamos había una ola de calor y nos permitieron hacer el check in un poco antes de lo usual.

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña, por lo que la relación precio - calidad habitación no fue muy buena. A pesar del alto valor que pagamos por la noche la tarifa no incluía desayuno. De todas formas el precio y tamaño de la habitación estaba en torno a los valores usuales de Ámsterdam así que no esperábamos más.
