Accoglienza degna di un hotel di lusso,sia Michele,Isabel e Willy tre professionisti del mestiere alla reception sanno esaudire ogni tuo desiderio e risolvono qualsiasi inconveniente.10

Non mi è piaciuto ogni mattina sentire sbattere la porta di servizio che era sotto la nostra stanza dal personale delle pulizie dell hotel,cosa molto sgradevole che ha rovinato la nostra permanenza nella struttura.
Basterebbe un po' di rispetto ed educazione ed accompagnare la porta.
Un giorno oltretutto avevamo messo il carrello sulla porta con non disturbare e le donne delle pulizie sono entrate lo stesso.0
