Las habitaciones son grandes y está MUY bien ubicado, cerca a todo

Cons:

El teléfono para llamar al desayuno no servía, el soporte del TV estaba dañado y el TV quedaba viendo hacia la pared sin poder moverlo, no tenía jabón para lavarse las manos

Cons:

El cuarto no tenía aire acondicionado, el desayuno es de muy mala calidad y la habitación en general se veía demasiado golpeada por el tiempo.

Cons:

Que cumplan lo que prometen. Hicimos una reserva con desayuno incluido y nos dijeron que no habria desayuno. En lugar de ofrecer una disculpa o alguna solución o alternativa, se limitaron a decirnos que el desayuno mas una obligación era una cortesía del hotel y que no podían hacer nada mas.
