Nice hotel and would stay again
Pros:

Loved staying at the Avatar. Beach facing rooms are amazing. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and WiFi. Pool was nice for a cool down. Close to beach with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Very well priced. I booked a different hotel for my second stay in Da Nang and wished I was back at Avatar.

Had a wonderful stay at Avatar Da Nang Hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic.

A very special mention to Chi, who was exceptionally helpful, warm and attentive throughout our stay. She genuinely went out of her way to help us with everything we needed and made us feel extremely well looked after.

The hospitality really stood out. I would highly recommend Avatar Da Nang Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang — excellent service, great location and wonderful people. I would happily stay here again without a second thought.

Nice hotel in our fave area of Da Nang.
Pros:

Great location with a short walk across to the beach. Nice views of the ocean from our room. Large room, comfortable king bed with a huge feature bath. We had a leak in the bathroom and the staff came instantly to fix. Great customer service. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Small issue with lack of water pressure for the rain shower and water temp was luke warm.

Pros:

Fabulous view from our window, pleased we got the comfy high back chairs to sit back and enjoy it. Great location..Lovely staff throughout. My score is based on the price being really affordable.

Cons:

The bed was too hard. There was some noise from the local bars at times, could be heard in the room. They need to purchase new towels.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Le personnel était très sympathique et adorable, surtout Mint Kim Chi. Nous avons passé un agréable moment lors de ce séjour. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et le personnel très agréable et arrangeant, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Cons:

Le service de propreté doit s’améliorer sur le ménage des chambres mais le personnel de l’hôtel a su de suite réagir.

Pros:

Location and good value for money

Cons:

room’s are clean but the towels needed to be replaced their old and have stain, reception staff are not flexible I just ask for little consideration for few minutes to stay longer in the room after the check out couldn’t give it to us. Otherwise everything is ok
