Pros:

Location was superb and the staff were amazing and attentive especially at front desk and at breakfast at the restaurant. I would gladly stay there again.

Cons:

The pool is tiny and not what it looks like in the photos. The rooms need a bit of an upgrade too.

My stay in Danang was greatly enhanced by the professional, polite and curteous staff.
Pros:

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. Especially Anna at the front desk.
Breakfast was alway ample with different variations every day.
The room was spacious and the view was great.
Requests for any services were always fulfilled efficiently and politely

Cons:

some of the room facilities, such as bathroom fixtures are a little outdated and need maintenance, but they are all functional so there is no great inconvenience

I love the location. The staff were great. Everything was clean.

The restaurant/coffee shop on the ground floor was way too hot & it was uncomfortable. The lifts were very slow at times, especially at breakfast time.

I enjoyed my stay at Vatar Danang Hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars! The location was perfect—right by the beach and within walking distance of many great local restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

They made my trip so much easier by assisting with transportation to and from the airport, which I really appreciated. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a great location with exceptional service. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Pros:

I enjoyed the beautiful beach view and the large swimming pool. Also loved their spa service.

Cons:

The refrigerator was not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains and human hair inside, and it still had a slight odor, which I believe was from durian. End up not using it at all.

The room is outdated, and the bed sheets were not very clean.

Netter Aufenthalt im Avatar Hotel
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Avatar Hotel. Unser Zimmer (1208) in der 12. Etage war sehr groß, die Betten bequem und mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Strand. Badewanne und Dusche waren vorhanden. In der 12. Etage war kaum etwas zu hören vom Trubel unten auf der Straße. Das Frühstück war für uns völlig ausreichend, zwar viele asiatische Gerichte- aber wer in Asien Urlaub macht, sollte vielleicht auch einmal diese Gerichte probieren. Dennoch war für Europäer auch noch genug Auswahl da. Liebe Grüße an die Damen des Housekeeping und das Team der Rezeption👋👋🥰 .
Zu bestimmten Zeiten musste man mal länger auf den Fahrstuhl warten (der jedoch immer gut funktionierte👌), aber das war nur ein kleines "Problem".

Cons:

Alles in Ordnung - bis auf die Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl, was unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht negativ beeinflusst hat.

Veľmi dobrá lokalita , velka priestranná izba s výhľadom na more, pravidelne čistenie izieb.

Cons:

Neskutočne každodenne čakanie na výťah niekedy aj 5 minút a potom ďalších 5 minút vozenie sa po poschodiach , výťah jazdil nesystematický hore dole.
Raňajky veľmi priemerne.

Wonderful! We loved the people and enjoyed the vast array of very affordable food options.
Pros:

The breakfast was varied. A lot of Vietnamese dishes, vegetarian options and some western. I enjoyed their pho soups, their juices, coffee and little deserts. On day I also enjoyed eggs on toast.

Pros:

Location. Lobby (very authentic).
A postcard and some local sweets at the room when you arrive as a nice detail.
I was thankful that I asked for a quiet room high floor and they actually put us far from elevator and relatively high (12th of 17n floor).

Cons:

1. Room is really dated and has very weird distribution. The cooling system was in one of the wardrobes. And yeah, the room was really hot and took a while to cool it down. Bathroom was with a sea view (which is nice, ofc) and with curtains made of cloths, so, every time you have a shower you have to choose: or made curtains wet (tried not to) or to leave huge panoramic windows open. Yes, it is high floor, but I still don’t feel comfortable being with open windows. The door between bathroom and the room is transparent, so hello sunrise at 5am. No, I love sunrise, but with a baby I prefer to be able to sleep longer.

2. Cleaning was minor. Floor was really dirty, had a feeling that they don’t really pass the mop.
Was funny (no), that one day we were out since early morning until 3pm. We came back, I noticed that the cleaning lady didn’t come yet, though we just saw her in the hall, and in 1 min she knocked the door. Obviously, we had to say no to cleaning, because we just arrived and she saw us, so we got a feeling that she did it in purpose.

Another thing is that they were all the time taking towels (although we were leaving them according to the instructions at some place for not changing every day) and was bringing only towels for 2 people. Yes, we are 2 adults, 2 kids, but my kids are also taking shower, and also need a towel.

3. Breakfast was just okay. We stayed in a few other places around Vietnam, and here the breakfast was the most basic. Although the staff in the restaurant were very nice.

4. Hotel has 2 small elevators, but for 17-story building it is not enough. During mornings it was really hard to get to it.

5. What really pissed me off it is the time of checking-out. I came to the reception, said that we are leaving and the guy replied: one moment. He called to the staff to check the room.
