Staff were excellent. Room was comfortable. Hubby loved his cappuccino. Location was perfect. Genuinely enjoyed our short stay at Silk Path Boutique Hotel.

Really the best location, right opposite the lake.We were there on a weekend so the streets were full of people. It was so lively. The rooms are just the right size and cleanliness was impeccable.The staff are genuinely courteous.Highly recommended.

De kamer was ontzettend fijn en groot met een prachtig balkon met uitzicht op het meer. We hebben ons ontbijt in de kamer gevraagd, op die manier hebben we optimaal kunnen genieten van de kamer. Het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Its a superb location, right opposite the lake. The water puppet theatre, note coffee etc are within walking distance. It is a quiet neighbourhood and yet close to the Old quarters. Very easy to get transport. We took the lake facing room with a balcony, and loved it. The people are just amazing! Extremely helpful and kind, always smiling. Every morning someone turned up with a complimentary fruit platter. They even arranged for the transport to my next destination.

Breakfast is great!

Very friendly, helpful staff with great english. Rooms are quiet during our stay. Great shower water pressure with hot wate and quality towels. Rooms with ac and bathrooms are spacious as well. Beds comfortable for us. The lake is right in front and can easily cross the road. We didn't manage to eat in their restaurant as we only stayed for 1 night but the cafe S'Patiesserie besides it (maybe one owner) was great, great coffees and gave us little cakes for free.

Very comfortable room, with great lake views. Very convenient location. The bed was very comfortable as well.

What a superb boutique Hotel in the absolute center of Hanoi. everything is easy to get to by foot. A real dream to discover the city from that hotel the staff has been really wonderful. We can’t recommend this hotel enough.

ベトナムは交通量が多く、道路を横断するだけでかなりストレスを感じますが、ホテルと同じブロック（道路を渡らない範囲）に、マクドナルド、セブンイレブン、大手ドリンクチェーン、ユニクロがあり移動の手間や怖さが一切なく、とても快適でした。またユニクロの前には24時間体制で有人警備員が配置されているようで、深夜にセブンイレブンへ行く際も安心感がありました。
Grabなど(個人的にはGreen SMを利用していました）で車を呼ぶ際、ホテルの向かい側に停められてしまうことがしばしばあり、行き先方向によっては道路を渡るなどの臨機応変な対応が必要です。

We had a wonderful stay at Silk Path Boutique Hanoi. The staff were extremely friendly, supportive and always willing to help with any requests. Their warm hospitality and excellent service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s attractions, restaurants and cafés. The hotel is comfortable, charming and a great place to relax after busy days discovering the city.
