Nothing I like at all
Hotel staff was bad. When my wife and I showed up to the hotel to check in for the room nobody help us carry out luggage up stairs to the room. Also, when we first entered the room the smell bad. We had to open the windows to air out the room. The Air conditioning unit in the room was working well either . We had it on full blast the room temperature did not changed it bit. My wife was like we need to get out of this hotel. We checked out two days early just for our sanity. We ended up spending more money on another hotel. Hopefully this will help future guests make a decision to stay at this hotel.
Breakfast was good, location was perfect and facitlies were lovely. Perfect for my first trip to Vietnam

It stops at there . Rooms are tired , carpets are dirty, chairs are dirty . Rooms need an overhaul l. Breakfast was average . . Disappointed that we were far from the city centre about a 20 min walk

Nice and central location. One thing we weren’t happy about was when we checked it, they separated our rooms on different levels. We prebooked two separate rooms and payed for it beforehand thinking we will be close by however, when we reached there they placed us in different levels. We stayed here for 9 nights so it did make a difference. We also extended our stay for another night but most of the day it took us shuffling our stuff or a bigger room that they gave us as complementary however, it was too much of a hassle. When we checked it the reception wasn’t very accommodating and could have upgraded our rooms so that we could’ve stayed together in the same room.
The breakfast was the same everyday. The menu didn’t change and we had limited options as we could only each chicken and egg. The air conditioning didn’t work too well and small ants were visible in the bathroom.
I like the location and accessibility. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast is excellent.
In the last half hour of the breakfast service items were not replaced making it look rather uninviting.

Facility is a little bit old. A/C does not work at the floor hall. Breakfast was decent.
I visited Saigon with my wife in the event of Reunificafion holiday of Vietnam. This hotel gives me that traditional vibe and I can feel huge hospitality from all the staffs. The food was okay. I’m surely coming back to this hotel when I have another trip to Saigon. Love the service and atmostphere they provided. Much wow!

Great stay at Muong Thanh Grand Saigon Centre Hotel during the 30/4 holiday. The festive decorations were a lovely touch and created a warm atmosphere.
Comfortable room, good location, and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
The room was ok, actually the whole stay was just ok. The room was not huge but enough for our needs. The desk staff did not smile once but the concierge were very friendly.
The breakfast was very average, not what I would expect or have experienced at other similar priced hotels. Even though we arrived with one hour to go all the staff seemed to be clearing up ready to close.
We stayed in the executive suite which was extremely roomy.
Only 1 bottle of drinking water provided free of charge each day. Also no amenities I. The room like drinking glasses, bottle opener etc. Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo etc) was limited to one small tube each per day instead of provided as dispensers in the shower.
Additionally our toilet did not flush properly and took up to 4 flushes just to clear the bowl. Hot water took 5 mins to warm up and water pressure was poor.
90% of the staff were dismissive, inattentive and could not raise a smile to save their lives. The other 10% of staff were pleasant and welcoming.
Make sure you get to breakfast early as foods and juices are not replenished at any pace to keep up with demand.
