Cons:

Pós atendimento com descaso com o consumidor. Respostas em desacordo com o que o booking oferece. Manda mensagem nâo respodem e depois bloqueiam o numero, é até engraçado ver uma instituição agindo dessa forma com o consumidor nos dias de hoje. Querem ver a imagem de sua marca ir para a lata de lixo.

A localização é próxima de mercado, farmácia e rua comercial.

Já no check-in, recepcionista bastante mal educado, alterou o tipo de acomodação que constava na reserva, não explicou o funcionamento da hospedagem ou a utilização do cartão para acesso ao quarto e ligação da energia elétrica com utilização do cartão, foi bastante grosseiro dizendo que se fosse encontrado uma cinza de cigarro haveria cobrança de taxa de R$300,00, isso para um casal de idosos que sequer fumam. Não havia cobertor disponível e nem ofereceram.
