Because of passport control at Geneva taking over 2 hrs I only managed to arrive at 10pm
The chap running the place was cross and shouted at me which I felt was a little unnecessary given what I had been through

Hotel discreto in una posizione centrale. Non abbiamo fatto la colazione sul posto ma c’è una buona boulangerie nelle vicinanze, le camere erano piccole ma pulite. Bagno ristrutturato e comodo. Spazi ristretti. Nelle vicinanze c’è un supermercato e una serie di ristoranti

Good value for money and met my requirements well
Pros:

I seem to have received a room upgrade. The location was perfect for cycling the local Cols with good free and secure parking

Bardzo nie miła obsługa, gdy przed przyjazdem zadzwoniłem w sprawie noclegu, (dostałem informację, że został anulowany, a nastepnie jak zamowilem pokój raz jeszcze) to okazało się, że muszę zapłacić za dwa pokoje, bo jednak w systemie anulacji nie było, a Pani rzuciła schłuchawką zamiast wyjaśnic sytuacje, podobnie było na miejscu.
Gdy rano poprosiłem o gorąca wodę, usłyszałem, że aby ją dostać, musze kupić sniadanie, bo jak Pan recepcjonista był w Polsce 10 lat temu, to jemu też kazano za wodę gorącą zapłacić, no co za arument, wszędzie indziej nie było takiego problemu.
Zamawiałem również parking (była opcja darmowego na terenie hotelu) na miejscu okazało się, że nie ma wolnych, poszedłem na Parking hotelowy i okazało się, że są, więc po moim protesccie laskawie zostałem wpuszczony.
Ewidentnie bardzo uprzedzony do Polaków.

Sehr gute Lage, mitten in der Stadt. Parkplatz im Hof für Motorrad optimal.

Cons:

Französisches Frühstücksbuffet entspricht nicht unbedingt dem europäischen Standard. Aber es war günstig und ich wurde satt.

Schöner, abwechslungsreicher Urlaub in einer historisch, kulturell sehenswerten Stadt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out, sehr gutes und preiswertes Frühstück. Hotel zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, sehr gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar und Läden, Restaurants, Busstation gleich um die Ecke - Altstadt (Cite de Vauban) zu Fuss in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sadtbusse (1 und 2) mit Gästekarte des Hotels gratis.
