The property was clean, in a great location, and had great staff.

Cons:

The elevator times were extended due to the rooftop bar. Would have been a perfect stay without that issue.

Amazing, 10/10 stay!
Pros:

Everything was so nice! The hotel was immaculate and the staff was very attentive. Everything was in close distance and the views were amazing! The food at the pool was surprisingly very tasty & the portions were more than enough to share. Very great experience.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-equipped room.
Pros:

The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the amenities we required—and more. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided an excellent environment for relaxing throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at EAST Miami and would be happy to stay there again.

تعامل سيئ اضاع متعة الاقامه ..

الموظفون في الاستقبال
اولاً طلبوا تكلفه اضافيه للحجز بخلاف المتفق عليها مع بوكنج
كما اضافوا فاتوره افطار على غرفتي قبل مغادرتي بساعه لم اطلبها نهائياً وعند طلبي منهم احضار مايثبت ويمكنكم التاكد من الكاميرات .. قالوا بنرسل الاثبات لك ايميل مستغلين حراجة موعد خروجي وارسل بعدها لي رساله تاكدنا وسنثبت الفاتوره فأعدت عليهم ارجعوا للكاميرات ولكن بدون جدوى وسحبوا مبلغ زياده اضافي للحجز بخلاف المتفق عليه مع بوكنج ومبلغ ايضا للافطار المزعوم ولم يتم حتى الان اعادة التامين !!!!
