Caro para o que oferece em termos de atendimento e conforto. Tem opções melhores pelo mesmo preço.
Pros:

Boa localização, hotel bonito e bem cuidado. Único funcionário que salvava era o Luiz que teve muita boa vontade e se esforçou para que tivéssemos uma boa experiência.

Cons:

Atendimento dos funcionários do hotel em sua grande maioria bem ruins. Funcionários antipaticos que pareciam que estavam fazendo um favor em te atender. Menção honrosa a atendente da cafeteria que foi uma grossa, quando estava dando almoço pro meu filho de 2 anos comprado em outro lugar, pois não conseguimos entrar no quarto, mesmo consumindo também coisas do café. Todas as outras pessoas ao nosso redor estavam sem consumir apenas utilizando as mesas para trabalhar.
Além disso o quarto não é tão confortável quanto esperávamos, ficamos em um quarto com duas camas para 3 pessoas e a cama era muito pequena para dividir. Solicitei travesseiros extras e vieram uns modelos vergonhosos que mais pareciam almofadas.

Nice hotel in a prime location - Brickell city
Pros:

I stayed here for 1 week for business in May 2026. Staff was very friendly and check out was very easy.

The room was on a high floor and very well laid out. Great view of the water and Miami! The hotel is attached to a shopping centre and right in the heart of restaurants.

Room was great with huge shower and comfortable bed. I asked for a kettle and Mimi fridge which was brought promptly! Great service.

The only negative is the room is a bit dark and more lighting would have been great.
